Red light district

This short street, 7/1, consists of 4 hotels, 2 restaurants, and about 15 red light businesses of various kinds. Lots of gorgeous ladies. Quite a few patrons of the hotels come for the ladies. The small rooms are not the greatest, but the place is quiet and fairly clean. Leave the maid a little tip and she will take good care of you (and that is good advice for anywhere in Asia. Maids make terrible wages and Asians seldom tip, so just 30 baht a day will make you a hero.) Great staff at the desk. I stayed here twice. In the windowless room the AC dumped water on the floor, so stick with the windows.
Decent Hotel with good location to everything

I mean everything.
A short walk takes you to Nana BTS. Another spirited 10 min walk gets you to Terminal 21 Shopping Mall and Robinsons. And the infamous red-lights themed bars and massage palors lining the soi (lane) to hotel
Generally, staff are friendly and ever willing to listen and help
Room is decent for a few nights stay.. there TV, safe, mini bar in room. The toilet is a bit sparse in facility though there a basic hot shower, WC, basin and a wall hair-dryer. A wall mounted soap gel and shampoo dispenser completes the toilet
Beds are a bit worn out but linens and pillows cases are clean
There a simple cafe that serves lite simple breakfast (American Breakfast, Thai congee and instant noodles) and provides room service
Location to BTS and Terminal 21 Mall
A small cafe
Relative quiet location despite proximity to adult bars
Proximity to Adult Bars
Room not so sound proofed

* Room: it was good and nice. Spacious and nicely furnished (convenient and comfortable). The door key system failed and the engineers couldn't sort it during my stay, so the hotel staff had to open my room every time with their master key. This is inconvenient and not expected when you pay a certain price per night.
* Service: apologetic staff and poor customer service from the manager. They gave me a dirty room first, then a room whose door key didn't work. A member of staff told me on behalf of the manager that the manager was sorry for all inconveniences. Please learn that you can do something to increase experience, such as offer breakfast to make up for all inconveniences caused. They did after I said it was impressive they don't offer a discount or something to make up for all the issues.
* Area: I love being close to the BTS (3 min walk) and it's just a 15 min walk from the metro station. The hotel is in the red light district, so you have to go past several of these shops before getting there. It was ok for a female solo traveller, so not an issue
* Cleanliness: improve this massively please!!! Smelly bathroom :(
Budget Hotel right in the middle of the Adult Zone

Good basic hotel, smoking and non smoking rooms available, great staff at Reception, nice foyer / lobby where a drink or light meal can be enjoyed. Located at the very end of Soi 7, so the walk down the lane can be 'interesting' and 'guests' are allowed.

The hotel is situated very close to Nana Skyway a reasonable budget hotel which is clean. The air on can be a bit noisy and shower does not get very warm. Ok for a nite or two as u would expect for a budget hotel.
