I recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. I highly recommend it! In this time of covid, we are all very sensitive to the cleanliness of the rooms and the public spaces. It is impeccable! Their rooms are spotless. Even the standard rooms are fairly large sized. I think it has been refurbished recently because everything is spotless.
We only had a minor problem during our stay. In the room adjacent to mine, probably a teenager with special needs, screamed a lot during the evening. I had to call the front desk at one point because it was scary. He did not stop screaming. I think it was Ben that came up almost immediately and he handled the situation like a pro. One of my friends, who was in another room, also opened his door. Ben asked up to go back in our rooms so he could handle the situation. He was very calm. I highly commend him for the way he handled this difficult situation. I also had to call a couple of days prior to our stay and talked with the manager Jessica, who is also very professional and courteous.
The only downside, and it is not a big one, is the breakfast. It does the job but not much more. However, in the hotel chains, I don't expect a fancy breakfast.
I highly recommend this establishment!

I was nervous about a hotel stay during covid, but this 1 night stay was a great experience. after spending a day at Sandbanks with busy kids it was a very welcome overnight.
Not sure they could do much about the lacklustre breakfast, that had all the pluses for covid.
I asked for early check in and then changed my mind, and turned up at normal checking time and there was no surliness that I've experienced at other places.
I stayed in a suite for a family of 2 adults and 3 children and it 2 queen beds with pull out sofa was perfect! we had a small kitchenette (with mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker), so were able to store snacks, water and fix bedtime beverage. Clean, new, not too large, with lots of food (grocery or restaurants) options nearby (and shopping!!) - we couldn't ask for more. The pool was thankfully not too busy, so we enjoyed a few hours of playing around before checking out and visiting the mini golf nearby.
Staff was very accommodating my neaatfreakness when I asked for a fresh set of sheets for the pull out bed and they did give me constant assurances that the beds were freshly made! :-)
The hotel is away from the waterfront / marina, and its a small hotel, which was the only "drawback" so there's no "view" to speak if, if you need that in your hotel stay!
Room ok. Cold breakfast

Hotel (room, staff, grounds) is ok but cold breakfast is not acceptable. Breakfast should include a few hot selections even with covid. Had better experience at hamtpon inn. Hotel is close to highway 401 but without the noise.

We stayed 2 nights at Holiday Inn Belleville. Everything was great. Social distancing was in affect. All the staff we dealt with were enthusiastic and positive. Shout out to Ben on the front desk and Lorrie the Manager for being Majestically awesome. It was our first time in Belleville, we'll be staying here again next time
Great Location & Friendly Staff

This hotel is close to a wide variety of restaurants and has a Starbucks in the front parking lot. The rooms were really clean and up to date and had everything you would need for a short stay. The rate included breakfast consisting of scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, muffins, yogurt & fruit etc...
I would highly recommend this hotel.
