No confirmation and Overbooked
I booked a room at the Bellevue club online and I did not get an email receipt of confirmation. I called the hotel to confirm my reservation and the hotel confirmed my reservation. I arrived a few days later at the hotel for my stay and they had no record of my reservation and told me the hotel was overbooked. I didn’t receive much help or consideration from the hotel staff and I booked myself a room elsewhere. I have stayed at the Bellevue club before and I have recommended it to others. I won’t be doing that going forward.
Great getaway
This is the place where you can have a perfect weekend getaway with your family. It posses lots of amenities to have a great time and take care of your body and mind. Newly equipped gym, tennis court, outdoor pool and splendid breakfast made it a perfect place to be. The staff was also amazing cannot complain at all.
Excellent Gem of a Hotel in Bellevue
Love the quaint little hotel in the Bellevue area away from all the commotion... Very Clean, Courteous Staff and Professionalism...Somewhat off the beaten path of downtown Bellevue removed from the hustle and bustle but only minutes away.... Great Little Boutique Hotel...!
Beautiful Facility with Amazing Amenities
All of the staff are friendly and professional. The place is immaculate. The tennis courts are beautiful and there is so much to do. Will have to come back with the kids. The beds are so comfortable, great night's sleep!
Tennis trip but turned out to be so much more.
The Bellevue club is incredible and an exceptional value. We were in town for my husbands tennis match and opted to stay the night. Best decision we've made. Such a wonderful place to unwind and connect., everyone was kind & helpful. Our room was fantastic. We would stay again and again.
