You get what you pay. This was our 4th time. We use the £9.50 sun hols. £41 for a chalet what more do you want. Cheap and cheerful. Staff are great always willing to help. Can't wait till it reopens again after lockdown.
i was so discuised by what my accommodation was like it was really dirty the kitchen tools were dirty the glass were non see through the floor was mucky this is out of order it should be shut down in the pots and pans there was water what was smelly and had been there for a while the staff don't really care pontins could make some one really ill and have to go to a&e
Do not stay here
This place is an absolute dump. Dirty, old, takes an hour to check in, staff that are unable to answer complaints, you have to pay for your own electric, filthy mattresses, holes in the wall, something dead in the bin, cooker covered in flaking rust, split toilet seat, the list is endless!
worst weekend break ever
room was basic, no towels, beds were tiny, bedlinen was extremely slippery i ended up on the floor more than once, crockery was filthy, its really dated needs a total refurb, i complained and explained to them that i was disabled and requested a disabled room close to the facilities because i have walking and balance problems, they passed the buck saying it was booking.com fault for not relaying my disability needs to them, so i asked the managers that i was speaking with, would they be willing to give me a free upgrade to a disabled friendly room and they simply said no with no thoughts or concerns to my needs, my advice is steer clear, i wish i had have read the reviews before we booked it
I take my granddaughter to Pontins Brean Sands a couple of times a year with the Sun holidays. £40 for a week end, absolute bargain! No, it’s not spotless, no, they haven’t got a fully equipped kitchen, no the facilities are not 5 star but I can certainly see some improvements. Lovely new comfy sofa bed, wardrobes with a good supply of hangers, chest with drawers that open, decent, clean cooker, microwave, toaster, shower and bath. Ok you can’t stretch out in it but great for the little ones. Great entertainment whilst we were there and the blue coats don’t stop! Well done Pontins, you’re getting there slowly but surely, may you continue to improve. Hopefully we will see you again in April
