" Worst hotel I have ever stayed at"
Upon arrival the place looked a bit sketchy. A lot of people just sitting around the building hanging out. We contemplated on finding another hotel to stay at. We then decided to check-in and give it a try. Worst mistake ever! The room was filthy , after sanitizing everything including the floor the Lysol wipes were black. The hallways reeked of the drugs being smoked. Fighting and arguing went on all night in the parking lot . Then around 2 am someone kept pounding on our door. Needless to say first thing in the morning I called the front desk to tell them there was no way we were staying for the second night. We were traveling with children and this was definitely not the environment we would like to be in. The clerk told us that there was no way he could refund us . I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager. After going back and forth he finally decided to give the refund but when I got home and checked with the credit card company it was only a partial refund. I am now disputing the charge. This was definitely the worst hotel I've ever stayed at!!!!
Worst hotel ever stayed at
Requested a high floor away from the elevator, ended up getting the closest room to the elevator on the first floor. Walls were super thin, heard the housekeeping dryer running all day and night. Room was filthy upon check in. Beds super uncomfortable, would almost rather sleep on the floor if it wasn't so dirty. No housekeeping, must ask for new linens at the front desk... that's if someone is there. There is usually a long line at the front desk because she is the only one there, staff wise, for the entire hotel. Not to mention, they have limited hours, without a key drop box, we had to drive back to the hotel to check out during the time they were there, even though we had left ast 0600. You have to empty your own trash by taking it to the dumpster. Worst place we've ever stayed!
Misinformed about pet fee
Last night at check in the lady at the front desk told me that with a pet it would be $61 extra and if there was no damage that $50 would be returned. Upon checking out the lady at the front desk in the morning said that the information was not true and said that she would have a talk with the lady at night. If I knew this I would not have stayed. I’m really dissatisfied they didn’t help in anyway even tho it was their error in giving me the wrong information at check in. The room was left in perfect shape upon checkout. Would not stay here again due to them not acknowledging that their own worker passed on wrong information.
Be aware of "policy changes" that are not advertised or accurate.
My family and I were scheduled to stay here for 6 days due to a work relocation. The policy online states they allow small dogs and cats under 80 lbs for $10 per night. When we called to inform them we would have our cat for 1 night due to not being able to make the boarding check-in, we were told that there is a new "no cat policy". Now we are searching for somewhere else to stay until we close on our home. Stay away from hotels and suits that can't even keep their policies up to date.
Problems everywhere...
Just needed a place to stay that was out of town and away from musikfest fest tourist for a night. Found this place. Stayed on Friday night so i understand if people are partying and having fun, but the walls in the room were not sound proof. It made it very hard to sleep when the people in the other room had their tv on and i could hear it through my headboard. Then the people upstairs were moving their furniture and running all around until about 3 AM. The worse thing though was the cleanliness of this hotel. There was hair everywhere. The second I got there I went to shut the door to use the bathroom and a ball of hair flew out from behind the door which scared me. Later went to get a shower and moved the bath mat to the floor just to find other hairs hiding under that. One pillow even had hair on it but thank God the other one didn't or i wouldnt have got a wink that night. I just really wish this place was cleaner.
