I always enjoy my stay at the beautiful Sofitel Malabo. The staff is the best, polite proffessional amd always there for your every need. The food is excellent always fresh and the rooms are always in mint condition. I recommend the hotel for anyone planning a visit to Malabo. The management team especially Yolanda will make your stay very welcoming and enjoyable.

I have spent a month in this hotel All the staff have always been extremely helpful, always ready to satisfy any of your requests. It is very organised for the Covid emergency. A big thanks to Iolanda the Concierge manager. I'll be back for sure
Best Halloween for Kids
The ideal location for family events, We came for a Halloween Barbecue and everything was just perfect, the food was delicious (as usual), all the kids had their face painted and were given presents to each one of them. Special thanks to “Consuelo” who organised the event and made it so joyful.

Quarantine time at the Sofitel Malabo
I have spent 14 days in the Sofitel Hotel in Malabo. Unfortunately, no holiday stay as I was doing my compulsory 14 days quarantine. At its best it is not pleasant to be confined to a room for 14 days but it surely helped that I had a balcony and nice sea view room. In closing I would like the staff at the hotel that ensure that my stay was as pleasant as can be. I received a daily call from reception to find out if I am doing fine and if I need anything for the day. The food is good and being delivered to the room and arrives hot and tasty. The laundry service is reliable with good turn around time. Yolanda, front office manager, you and the staff is doing a great job. Gracias Room 323
