Uncomfortable bed
The most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Nice updated rooms. And very nice toiletries. I visit this area often and really wanted to live this place but I just can't with beds like they have. Please get new beds
Not Good
Decided to splurge and took a suite with microwave, so could cook ourselves. No dishes extra small microwave. Toilet small not comfort size, tile floor cold. BW says they wipe down all surfaces, water spots on counter by sink. Desk clerk friendly on check in, but with a mask that was vented, that does little to inhibit spread of COVID. Question this BW commitment to being safe. We use BW a lot when traveling, but not this one again.
Good visit
Thought the hotel did a really good job, with very clean rooms and all safety protocols in place. Room was very clean and stocked well with amenities. Within walking distance of eateries. Breakfast in a bag was certainly adequate and a very good way to provide that service. The hotel was very full which was good to see. Fellow guests a bit noisy in the morning. Nice experience.
Worth the extra money
We arrived into Bishop late at night. We had stayed at a few other hotels in town on a previous stay but I was never happy with them. This time we decided to stay somewhere new. After calling a few other hotels, we had no luck as nothing was open. When we arrived into town we tried the hotel across the street but the room was disgusting and way over priced! In my opinion, Best Western isn’t always my 1st pick in general, but I’m glad we decided to stay here. It was clean, the front desk staff was friendly, the beds were comfortable. What more could you ask for?
too crowded and noisy
parking lot hard to get around , spaces too close, could not open our doors noise from other guests really unbearable went on late into the night street so very busy, dangerous to cross to get to restaurants Light to cross very far away
