I had a room reserved here through Expedia. The info said, pool, continental breakfast, and room info. The pool was closed and the pool area was dirty and gross. The breakfast dining area was a mess and disgusting. I didn't even see the room. I said we are not staying here and we want a refund.. I was told I have to contact Expedia to cancel. That took a lot of effort and I was told I cannot cancel. The manager gave me a number to call Expedia. I was told there is a 2 hour wait to talk to someone. I was able to leave my number for a call back. Expedia did call back. The rep was nice and said it could take up to 10 days to resolve this.

Hotel lobby and room were filthy dirty. Would not take my shoes off to walk on the carpet We would have left but it was too late in the evening. Front desk said manager would call me but he NEVER did. Keep driving!

Stopped here on our way to visit family, roads were bad or we would have kept going. Lobby was filthy, no one was wearing a mask. Our bathroom was disgusting, I refused to get in that tub. There was nasty hair and dirt behind the bathroom door and brown stains on the tiles by the toilet paper holder. Wash cloths were filthy!! Carpets were gross. I have traveled a lot and never been in such a dirty hotel. This place needs to be shut down, can’t believe this is allowed to be part of the AmericInn franchise!!! Corporate you need to check this place!! Don’t stop, keep going!!!

This was our first time in a AmericInn motel (although we are Wyndham diamond we had never tried this chain before). We were very disappointed.
I did not expect a fancy or new hotel. Some wear&tear typically does not bother us too much either. But this place was just a mess. The lobby is already very messy - that probably represents well what to expect in the rooms, which were hardly cleaned. We felt the room had not had a good deep cleaning for months.
Especially in Covid times unacceptable.
On the positive side: we checked in at 10 pm and that was not a problem.
With some love and care (and cleaning) this place would be OK.
We picked Blackduck for the location on our long drive. Maybe we should just have driven a few more miles to next bigger town.

our room was very clean.very nice soft carpet.comfy bed,fluffy big pillows,clean linen and towels.big window with blinds and curtain,nice view,but you can not open it.no odors anywhere.table,2 chairs,chairs were too short for the table but was not big problem to us.refrigerator nice n clean,no noise at all.microwave i did not use.2 big mirrors. Hairdrier i did not use.big Tv easy to use.closet,baggage rack,many electrical outlets,telephone,clock,ironing borad n iron i did not use,but be careful,very sharp edges,might cut your hands.wash basin outside the bathroom,i like the style but when u use it,others who are sleeping wake up or get annoyed by the noise.small bathroom but flash was working perfectly,water pressure very good,hot n cold.some hotels dont have hooks to hung your towels but they do.the water was scary!!! 1 lamp was not working but there are other lights.2 waste bins.breakfast better than other motels.staff very nice.I would stay again but the night was cold,air con stops and do not start again so room was cold.as we have a baby,i dont risk it to stay there again.or if i do,i ll take a portable heater with me.
