We extended our vacation twice

I love to travel and eat, I travel almost the whole world. Nature and tranquility are important to me. I don't want to leave when I find it. It was Bitez and natur garden.
We will come again next year

I had booked three rooms for my family and me. We arrive at three rooms which have not been adequately cleaned, there were red stains on the sheet (possibly blood) and dirty floor. We arrived very late in the evening after a long journey and therefore said nothing to it. My parents who are in the late '60s then got a room where the air conditioning did not work, they then got a new room. We think everything is fine, and everyone goes to bed. I get up, and go, and check up on my parents, and see them glued to sweat because the air conditioning has not worked all night in their new room. They had called the receptionist, but he did nothing. So they have been locked in a 40 degree warm room for more than seven hours. I go straight down to the front desk, and get a new room for the THIRD TIME. We should have for some form of compensation for this mess.
In addition, the cleaning staff are not at all thorough with their cleaning, we have even had to clean up after them. The floor and toilet are always dirty (even before we arrived) and it must be said that this was the case in all three rooms.
The food is very uniform and boring, compared to the fact that it is an all-inclusive we have had to eat out most of the days.
In addition, we had another unfortunate episode. During our stay, my 18-year-old daughter received a message from a stranger who mysteriously knew she was staying at the hotel. He has been waiting for her outside the hotel several times. We subsequently found out that he had seen her outside the hotel, and had entered the hotel and was given her name and surname by the receptionist despite the fact that he is not a guest at the hotel. This is by no means okay and could have ended horribly wrong if she was not with her family at all times. The gardener at the hotel had also obtained her name from the reception and had subsequently contacted her on social media. My daughter did not feel safe at all on this trip and these actions are incredibly unprofessional. Such information should not be shared with strangers or other staff at the hotel.
All in all, I would not recommend this hotel, it has been an incredibly unpleasant experience. Many of them do not speak English and it is therefore incredibly difficult to communicate with them. The food is poor and the staff is unprofessional.
Jeg havde bestilt tre værelser til min familie og jeg. Vi ankommer til tre værelser, som ikke er rengjort tilstrækkeligt, der var røde pletter på lagenet (muligvis blod) og beskidt gulv. Vi ankom meget sent om aftenen efter en lang rejse, og sagde derfor ikke noget til det. Mine forældre som er i slutningen af 60'erne, fik så et værelse, hvor aircondition ikke virkede, de fik derefter et nyt værelse. Vi tænker, at alt er fint, og går alle i seng. Jeg står op, og går hen, og tjekker op på mine forældre, og ser dem klistrede af sved, fordi airconditionen ikke har virket hele natten på deres nye værelse. De havde kaldt på receptionisten, men han gjorde intet. De har altså ligget indelukket i et 40 graders varmt værelse i mere end syv timer. Jeg går direkte ned til receptionen, og får et nyt værelse for TREDJE GANG. Vi burde have for en eller anden form for kompensation for dette rod.
Derudover er rengøringspersonalet overhovedet ikke grundige med deres rengøring, vi har selv måtte gøre rent efter dem. Gulvet og toilettet er altid beskidt (også før vi ankom), og det skal siges at det gjorde sig gældende på alle tre værelser.
Maden er meget ensartet og kedelig, i forhold til at det er et all inclusive, vi har måtte spise ud de fleste af dagene.
Vi havde derudover endnu en uheldig episode. Under vores ophold modtog min 18-årige datter en besked fra en fremmede som på mystisk vis vidste at hun opholdte sig på hotellet. Han har flere gange ventet på hende udenfor hotellet. Vi fandt efterfølgende ud af, at han havde set hende ude foran hotellet, og var gået ind på hotellet og fik udleveret hendes navn og efternavn af receptionisten på trods af at han ikke er gæst på hotellet. Dette er på ingen måder okay og kunne være endt gruelig galt, hvis ikke hun var sammen med sin familie på alle tidspunkter. Gardeneren på hotellet havde også fået fat i hendes navn fra receptionen, og havde efterfølgende kontaktet hende på de sociale medier. Min datter følte sig overhovedet ikke tryg på denne tur, og disse handlinger er utrolig uprofessionelle. Sådanne oplysninger burde ikke deles med hverken fremmede eller andet personale på hotellet.
Alt i alt vil jeg ikke anbefale dette hotel, det har været en utrolig ubehagelig oplevelse. Mange af dem snakker ikke engelsk og det er derfor utrolig svært at kommunikere med dem. Maden er dårlig og medarbejderne er uprofessionelle.
Cosy family hotel

This is the third time that we stayed. Cosy family hotel with polite, helpful staff. The location of the hotel is excellent. Rooms are confortable and clean. Foods and drinks are delicious and sufficient. If you are looking for a clean family hotel do not hesitate to stay.

Amazing resort! This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Especially Devran and Kadir were extremely helpful for us. The variety of the food and drinks is great. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. The pool and garden area were clean and tidy. We love everything at Natur Garden. We look forward to our return!

We stayed for 3 nights at this hotel and we where a party of 14 the food was very disappointing and some of the staff were very unhelpful
We had a small carton of water in the fridge and when we asked for some more we were told we had to bring an empty bottle for them to fill we had to do this every day I am sure this is a health and safety problem
When we were at the bar we asked for a gin and tonic but was told they didn’t have tonic and we would have to get our own so we had to go to the shop also as soon as it got to 10 pm we were told we could only get one drink and only if you took your glass back .
We were the only British people there and we were definitely treated differently to the other nationals they got drinks without having to take their glasses back , we all felt the same .
None of our party would go back to this hotel due to us being treated very badly.
