Very nice hotel

Perfect location at Calle 100 which is practically in the center of everything that's great about Bogotá. It also helps that the price per night for what is a 4 star hotel is amazing. And the customary good treatment is a major plus.
would NOT return

I booked on its own website and there was a mix up about the available discount which was advertised. Imagine flying more than 10 hrs and the reception telling you the rate is not applicable altho the hotel failed to apply the discount they offered. Took no less than 45 min to resolve!
Otherwise the reception was helpful and the breakfast was great too.
Safe location near the Parque.
The room was clean but tiny. Not exactly a good value for money.

Very friendly staff, the breakfast is awesome, location location location, I arrived late after 27 hours of flight, the check-in was so quick, the only thing I couldn't sleep due to the noise of the AC, 4 am I went downstairs, talked to the receptionist about it, she promised me to change the room first thing in the morning, and they did, changed from the 4th to the 6th floor, windows view to the street, zero noise, if you staying there avoid the 4th floor with the windows to patio, that's all. I really enjoyed my stay there and I would come back, thanks for everything
Good stay but out of the way

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay here with the only downside being it’s too far away to easily access the centre of Bogotá without calling an uber... even then it’ll cost you anywhere from 14,000 to 33,000 pesos!
The room was spacious and clean, good air conditioning and a reliable shower. We found it a little weird that the bathroom door was frosted glass that you could see through in both directions. There’s strong WiFi connections in the room also.
We had breakfast included and it was excellent. Fresh fruit, cereals, breads and hot food accompanied by juice and coffee in a buffet style setting is always a winner!
We’d happily stay here again despite the distance from central Bogotá!

Good hotel, small rooms, and reduced/limited space in common areas. Kitchen is slow. Prices are ok. Staff is friendly and helpful. The food (and cook!) is very good. The location is fine, particularly if you are going to be on Bogota’s northern area
