Tuvimos una habitación muy amplia, limpia y bastante nueva, con vistas al TD Garden, la verdad es que estuvo bien. El baño es también amplio y con una buena ducha (tenía muy poca potencia el agua, pero la verdad que tampoco me importó como para pedir que lo miraran). Fuimos un par de veces al gimnasio, y nos pareció muy completo y como esta todo lleno de ventanales, es chulo. Llegamos al checkin tarde (sobre las 11PM) y para nosotros la llegada y recepción fue bastante fría por parte de la única persona que estaba en front desk, que de hecho, fue la unica que vimos en todo el hotel a esa hora. Que ya digo que era algo tarde y que no pasa nada, aunque nos pareció raro. Por último, sobre la ubicación... a mi no me parece tan céntrico como había leido en los comentarios, ya que hay un paseo de no menos de 15 minutos hasta la zona histórica (algo menos a Little Italy), aunque el paseo es tranquilo. Es cómodo, pero no es super céntrico.

We arrived early on a Saturday. A day between a concert the night before and a Bruins game the next. With the check-in desk & luggage drop off both incredibly busy, the staff was composed and friendly. I apologize for not know all of the staff names to commend, but Tony in luggage check was so funny and friendly, the kind of person you’ve never met and wish you’ve always know. Sophia, my God, can you ask for better customer support?-no! We were a simple check in room, but happen to have witnessed, over a span of hours, her helping a customer, who had an issue, and was relentlessly upset with her. Raising his voice, crossing over the counter to get in her face, bringing her outside to discuss further… She carried herself with such amazing composure and dedicating her full and undivided attention to assuring this customer was happy. Ok true end, she had solved his problems but I don’t think he’ll ever be ‘happy’.. Review for the hotel 100% A+. Review for this guest in her face, zero stars. Learn how to treat people with respect!!

We stayed here during our 1st trip to Boston and we could not have been happier with the location, amenities and service. We were right across the street from TD garden and were within walking distance to the North end with so many delicious restaurants. Karina at the front desk was amazing and she took good care of us making tons of recommendations, greeting us every day we were there and making sure we were doing well and having fun.

The Hotel was super convenient, located right across the street from TD Garden. Parking was valet & was easily accessible, with quick service. Rates were extremely fair given the location. The Front Desk put us in a room with the most beautiful view of the Garden & the bridge. My friend group, last minute, wanted to add an additional room for us all and the Front Desk was able to make this last minute accommodation with discounts & upgrades as well- thank you to the nighttime Front Desk Supervisor who was able to accommodate us. Rooms & all public spaces were extremely clean & modernized. All housekeeping staff that I ran in to were extremely polite & friendly. Outlets were open & running while everyone appeared to be wearing masks and following proper COVID procedures. All aspects of the Hotel enhanced our trip to Boston and it made it such a great one! I will hopefully be able to stay at this Hotel again in the future. Thank you so much!!

My wife is an RN who was the Lead Clinical Nurse at the Covid Command Center, San Francisco, for ten months and had no vacation for a couple of years so for her November birthday this year we decided to visit Boston and chose the above hotel almost randomly. We were checked into room 501 which was a perfectly fine room but with no view and being from San Francisco we were a little disappointed. I called the Guest Services number and spoke with Travis and explained our hope that we might get a room with a view. He was most helpful and transferred us to a Penthouse Room with a FABULOUS view of Boston, the Boston Harbor, etc. This was a wonderful birthday gift and a prelude to wonderful service from other staff--Tony, Reggie (Dedrie), and Hugo, and their supervisor, Natasha. Our celebration of my wife's birthday and the work she did to help control the Covid outbreak were rewarded in ways unanticipated and for that we express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation. Thank you, Courtyard Marriott Boston Downtown/North Station.
