Decent hotel. Excellent service, well appointed room. Good level of items at breakfast but would have preferred more cereal options. Other than that would recommend and would stay again. My room had a huge balcony which was a nice touch.
Great Option even in Covid-time. Lovely Building too

I stayed here for work for a week in October 2020. This is quite a well-known building in local terms because it used to be a local office of the Banque de France. OK, so most people only go to the Banque de France when they need to change French Francs to Euros (too late for that now by the way) but the building itself is lovely to look at (warm, light red brick, and a very imposing entrance. Much of the original ground floor layout has been kept, but the hotel itself has really done a lovely job of both appealing to international clients and remaining part of the local environment. There is a roof terrace bar (sadly closed right now) and the ground floor bar and reception is spacious and well-lit.
The hotel is about 10 years old but it is clean as a whistle and the rooms are tidy, the bed comfortable and the bathroom modern and the shower quite spacious. There is plenty of light in the rooms and the double / triple glazing means you hear nothing at all. One minor gripe - the heating / air conditioning is one of those centralized systems where they "switch to winter" and from then on, no matter if there is a heatwave, you cannot have cool air until they "switch to summer". A real shame. But the window opens wide and the temperature was fine.
Breakfast was good, a wide variety of offerings. I was quite surprised however that in these times of strict lockdown that the buffet breakfast did not require / recommend gloves (which several hotels I have been in recently have required). Each person did have individual "tongs" to pick up food so maybe I'm getting paranoid in my old age.
Thoroughly recommend and the neighborhood has restaurant by the bucket-load, a decent Monoprix 1 minute away and plenty of easy transport options. Special mention to Melanie at reception because she was engaged, well-informed and generally very positive - this is important in these times.

Good hotel, breakfast was included and enough products. Room is for 2 persons and big enough. Parking under the hotel, normal prices for Paris. Metro is about 10 minutes walking, with 1 line to the centre.
Perfect trip for a couple

It was our first time in Paris and this hotel made it absolutely amazing! Very close to metro (around 10 minutes walking), a lot of nice restaurants nearby, it is located in a calm area. Room was very clean, we had everything we needed there: kettle, coffee, tea, shower gel, shampoo.. everything
Breakfast was very tasty, rich option of croissants, fruits, eggs...
We will stay there again for sure!
A nice Courtyard

Stayed one night on a business trip and found this hotel to be perfect. It's exactly what you'd expect from a good-quality Marriott Courtyard in terms of rooms, service, facilities etc.. Breakfast buffet was also in the higher-level of quality compared to most Courtyard's I've stayed in. Location is a bit away from central Paris but for the price it's not that bad.....I too, metro from Gare Nord and it was 1 change and ~40 mins (station was 7 min walk to hotel) and also took upber to dinner in central part of Champs d'Elysee and it was ~15 mins (not during busy time). Area surrounding is nice, much better than some other 'outer' parts of Paris I've stayed in the past.
