excellent hotel
I stayed here over christmas at the height of the covid panic and whilst some of the services were limited due to covid it was an excellent choice the staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much bother for them
Friendly and helpful staff
The hotel was well doctorates and clean. The staff were helpful, positive and friendly. The restaurant is well set out for spacial awareness, food was lovely great service. The spa was clean and well organised.
My luxury 2 night stay At Bournemouth west cliff hotel
We were informed about the services offered including: spa, gym swimming pool and meal service. They offered a wide range of different food which also includes vegetarian options. Very friendly And polite customer service. The only negative thing is we had to pay for parking. And the bed was making noises ... and we weren’t able to enjoy ourselves.
Dated rooms and uncomfortable beds
we stayed last summer when we had the heatwave. rooms are dated and bathrooms could do with an overhaul. no A/C meant worst stay ever and mattress have no spring and literally sleeping on plank of wood. i requested a topper but they refused. i wouldn't return here.
Nice place with swimming pool and spa Room overheated
Amazing,helpful staff, nice swimming pool and spa. Because of the spa(sauna downstairs PART of the hotel is overhead and you can’t sleep, temperature in the room was 27 with open windows.Food in restaurant is average.
