This hotel needs to be completely redone, the rooms are absolutely disgusting. I booked 1 room for 2 nights, we checked in and they sent us to our room. Upon opening the door it was a room that had been used with sheets as if somebody just got out of bed and food they had just eaten everywhere. I was absolutely appalled. We went to the desk and the booked us in a “suite”. Maybe it was a great suite in the early 80s but it has not been updated since. Original rusty fixtures, scrapes on vanities, stains on carpets, smell of smoke. I could hardly fall asleep the first night. I asked to check out early and get my money back for night 2. They wouldn’t allow that so we booked another hotel and just left this a night early it was that bad. It needs to be completely renovated or torn down.
In need of renovation

Stayed here two nights for a wedding. The hallway carpets are highly stained and very unpleasant to look at and overall this place is extremely outdated. When we arrived at our "Junior Suite" we were met with the over whelming smell of mustiness and nicotine. The heat register, although not needed, was in a state of disrepair and the plastic molding on one of the room corners was broken and sticking out. There were cobwebs in every angle of the ceilings and stains on the walls. Unfortunately we were unable to switch rooms as none were available and when I mentioned the smell the front desk person assured me they clean rooms if they have been smoked in and fine the previous occupant. The bathroom had cobwebs on the light over the sink and dead bugs in it. The caulking around the tub was shoddy and we discovered mold around the rings of the grab bar and towel bar in the tub. I asked that those areas be cleaned and I showed the front desk person the multiple concerns with our room in hopes that after our stay they would be dealt with. We did get a 50% discount on our 2nd night as a result.
There are a couple positives. The food from the Minuteman Grille attached to the hotel was quite good and room service was prompt. The venue for the wedding was very pleasant with a large gazebo and plant lined walkways that led to the pool area. Overall, this is not a place I would stay again unless there are major improvements to the cleanliness and conditions of the hotel.
Elena Front Staff EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Despite the hotel being a bit and less modern comparatively, with the world reopening it was nice to be greeted and assisted by Elena who works the front desk. Upon check in and in every interaction Elena was beyond super friendly and warm. She even went as far to assist me with making decaf coffee which was not readily available. For many the room and amenities are most important- yet I am not that particularly and for this stay it was the staff that made it worthwhile . And I will add the food in the restaurant was very good.
Best Staff. Great hotel facility

The staff is so focused on the guests it blows my mind. In 50 years of staying at great hotels and conference centers all over the US and abroad this is THE user friendly WINNER.. Start with a staff who gets u what u need- a ladder, a chair, or a great meal- all done as if u r the only guest. Smart and hard working. The food in the Grill is very good( ie hamburger delux) and more than u can eat. While it has a pool, and fountains and meeting rooms- we were outside due to COVID- the architectural layout means u do not have to walk far to get to ANYTHING you need- Incl. parkingand bath rooms.. A small boutique feel, with great capacity, not far from Boston proper. But who needs downtown when you get all this at half the cost?

GREAT STAFF! FIRST room smelt like someone may have died in and not been found for a month or so. Could have been a dead racoon that slipped in through the severly outdated window. Or could have been a dead hooker under the bed.... needless to say I didn't try to find it. After a brief vomit in the hallway, my lovly girlfriend and I took the 8min walk back to the front desk. The staff was very apologetic and upgraded out room to pool side 🤷♂️ idk....
This room smelt something close to a mixture of a modern day cigar bar and the American legion after a WWII function was held the night b4. The sealing mounted Havc was leaking, as well as the roof in many other areas of the building.
I will say it has held up nicely in the pool and function area considering age of building. This area is beautiful.
With that being said, this place is seriously dated and on the same level as the days inn fitchburg or hotel 6, hopefully they will find an investor to polish this turd diamond 💎 in the rough, nd bring it back to life, as it was in the 80's and 90's.
When copious amounts of hookers and blow flowed through this regency as majestically as thier waterfall fountians ⛲ in the courtyard along side on the pool
