I reserved a room for my son who was visiting me in Florida. The exterior of the hotel looked like crap but the clerk at the desk assured me they were remodeling and the inside was nice. We looked at the room, shabby, didn't really inspect just left to look at pool. There were hairballs, gross, in the pool. I told clerk hotel was unsatisfactory and would like a refund. He was surly and rude, basically said no, and the manager would not give me one either. We didn't stay. Obviously Magnuson Corp. wants no part in these hotels or how they are run as they stated so online.
You get what you pay for

3rd day here. Still no working TV. Still no working laundromat. Still no pool access. The breakfast is minimal. Garbage not emptied for two days. Toilet has stuff inside and outside the bowl that is still there from the day I came. Mildew on caulk around bathtub. AC/heat unit is filthy.

Room was filthy - hair everywhere in the bathroom, urine all over the toilet, splatter on the mirror, and toothpaste in the sink. There was a sticky substance all over the side table and one bed had been made over dirty sheets. It was super late and there were no other rooms available. I cleaned our room and changed our sheets. The lady at the front desk was super apologetic and kind. It took 5 days for the manager to return my phone calls and then told me all she could do was give me an $11 discount. Obviously we will never return. The pictures on the website are deceiving.

Okay let's say something nice. The lobby was ok. That about wraps it up. The halls smelled musty and old' The rooms were old, dark, dingy, dirty and smelly. The sleeper couch had a stain on the cushion. Bed linens old and tacky. Air conditioning made noises and had bugs in the vents. Whoever caulked the tub around the floor did a horrible job. All this and the charge was as much as other cleaner, nicer motels in the area. STAY AWAY.
Dirty & in serious need of repair

We were in the Bradley,Illinois location. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The room is a nice size,but the rug was filthy. The bed sheets & blanket were dirty. The Tub had mold all around it and was rusty,extremely gross,toilet was extremely low. Pool was closed. Shouldn't have been charged the full rate,if all the services are not available for use. Would not recommend this hotel,for the price you'll pay.
