Crew Member Enters the Room Without invitation.
I Was at this hotel this weekend to stay for 1 night only. The Checkout is set for 12:00PM. After the breakfast around 11:00AM i was in the bathroom when i heard my girlfriend talking to somebody. Thought i was crazy and keep on going with my shower. After i left she told me that someone from the Hotel staff enters the room to check if we used something from the frigobar or if we had consumed something. She was realy mad about the situation because the crew member didnt anouce him self loud enought and without response he made him self in. I went to the lobby for some explanation and didnt get happy with what i heard. Im never comming back.
Good location and confortable
The room is big, comfortable and clean. The staff is polite and prestative. The breaksfast is very good and has many options of regional and international food. There is a restaurant for lunch and dinner, but the hotel is very near a shopping mall, Brasil 21 convention center and the TV tower. About twenty minutes from the airport and 10 minuts from the center of the city. Very good option to stay in Brasilia.
Pure disappointment
DISAPPOINTING: Nothing surpassed any expectations, it actually was very underwhelming for its acclaimed ratings and prices. Staff was a little hit and miss: some (like Daniel Saboia) were excellent and friendly, whilst others were unwelcoming almost to the point of being rude and disrespectful. Room was large but again nothing "wow". Gym, sauna and pool were okay; I'd say rather below par as they didn't show any signs of being well kept. Breakfast also okay, and service charges included into your bill, whether used or not. DECEPCIONANTE: Nada superou nenhuma expectativa, na verdade, foi muito decepcionante por suas avaliações e preços aclamados. A equipe foi um pouco irrisório: alguns (como Daniel Saboia) eram excelentes e amigáveis, enquanto outros não eram amigáveis até o ponto de serem grosseiros e desrespeitosos. O quarto era grande, mas novamente nada "wow". Ginásio, sauna e piscina estavam bem; Eu diria um pouco abaixo do par, pois eles não mostraram sinais de serem bem conservados. Café da manhã também está bem, e taxas de serviço incluídas na sua conta, seja usada ou não.
Great option in the middle of the Hotel district
Brasilia is really spread out, so wherever you stay you will need to move around a lot. At least here you can walk to places to eat, and some tourist attractions. The rooms are big and the service is smiling. The breakfasts are great, room service OK, and the sauna is powerful! The "swimming pool" is more of a plunge pool.
amazing option for business and leizure
The hotel is quite new, the staff was very kind, the room is very big and comfortable and the breakfast offers many options of Brazilian fruits and foods. Don´t loose the 360º view on the top of the building (pool and gym area)
