Very Nice and Comfortable, great service
very homie hotel, welcoming and comfortable, close to the highway so easy for star trips. the room have a great private parking so the car was right at the door step of the room, it was a real comfort whenever we came from a day out so all of the bags could be dropped out immediately. the room are comfortable and clean although due to the ground level architecture we suffered from ants visits but nothing dramatic. the pool is close and clean, the breakfast was nice but not too rich for out taste. all the staff was really nice from the front desk to the waitresses at the breakfast room
They have destroyed my laundry and lost some of a colleague. I was at the beginning told that I wouldn't have been charged they did charge me 20 euro anyway. The overall services were not bad but this attitude is unacceptable.
We been in this hotel several times. Staff friendly, Breakfast serve in very small space, range of food is small, but sufficient, coffee good. Every room has own parking space, but lot of them are for small size car, I recommend write note in to reservation in case that your car is big (A6 or BMW5). Rooms in first floor have only two roof windows and inside of room is not so much light. For my nice stay for business trip.
Hotel - motel style
The hotel/motel is located in a residential area. The way the hotel/motel operates was a bit surprising to me. When I checked in, I found myself talking to the receptionist through a small window - which I have to admit made me feel unwelcome. The room with the carport in front was very nice. The room had a door to the car-port was well as to the inside of the hotel. That was a nice solution. The room was of adequate size, with a large flat-screen TV and a nice/efficient AC system. The hotel/motel also featured an outside swimming pool with an outside bar / lounge (unfortunately we didn't have time to use these nice facilities). Breakfast was served in a relatively small (20ish m2) restaurant/bar next to the reception. There was a good selection of yoghurts, juices, pastries, pies, muffins as well as buns and bread. No hot selections. We didn't find any restaurants within walking distance (=~1,5 km), but several within a couple of minutes drive from the motel. Summing up our experience - we were very happy with the room and car-port. The staff, however, didn't make us feel welcome.
Positives first - Clean and functional with plenty of parking. Negatives - Like a typical American motel and all a bit impersonal. The whole place is very high-tec EXCEPT there is no wi-fi in the rooms. There is an ethernet cable but his is a pain if you want to surf in bed or do not have the correct adaptor for a Mac. Breakfast was a large selection of long-life stuff or sweet things so definitely not for the healthy. It is very near the motorway - almost in the fast lane in fact BUT alas, nowhere the junction so it does involve a drive of about ten or fifteen minutes. There is no restaurant! It was also ay over the cost of other local places that most probably would be a whole lot more personal. One real pain was that the receptionist said we could walk to a local restaurant and that it was just 700 metres away. In fact it was a lot further and also closed! Apparently most places stay closed locally on Monday and Tuesday and everyone seemed to know that except the receptionist! Might be worth getting her to do some checking before sending guests on a (cold) wild goose chase looking for food.
