Go with low expectations and it’ll be fine!

Went on Living Social 3 night deal and paid extra £30 for upgrade to sea view (worth it) and £10 for having the dog with us (which was a big factor in booking). Deal included £30 towards evening meal so with trepidation we had food the first night. Pretty bad so didn’t eat there again. Great views from the restaurant though. Had lovely dinners in The Hebridean Inn along the road and Cafe Sia. Booked in advance cos Skye is really busy.
Room 108 was quite small but clean and modern, big bed and really nice shower room and a fantastic view. Small tv screen but good freeview. Sound proofing was terrible though, folks upstairs up at 5.30am not making noise but really loud, creaky floorboards.
I’m a bit of a foodie and I must say I really enjoyed the breakfasts, they were the best part. Not fancy but tasty, hot and plentiful, relaxed self service. Rubbery eggs if you didn’t choose wisely. Mugs for tea and coffee and I LOVED the big urn of really hot stewed tea. It was fab!! Exactly how I like it.
I’d been to the Dunollie on a freebie several years ago so knew what to expect, it hadn’t changed much (other than our room being a refurbished one). Staff were fine, efficient but not overly friendly which we didn’t mind.
Don’t expect too much and you’ll have a good time!
Basic rooms and poor food

We stayed here for 5 nights (too long) on voucher which was only a little cheaper than usual price as far as I could see. Promotion photo of room is v flattering. On arrival we were advised no room servicing but, given length of our stay, they would clean. We had it cleaned every 2nd day and we still couldn't get into room til 3pm!!! This is billed as Covid prevention but to me it is more about keeping payment the same and giving customers less! Also leaving rubbish in buckets for days - how can that be hygienic. As in other hotels, no cleaning materials etc to clean loo in absence of daily cleaning routine. Signs up for masks when moving around but many staff not wearing masks eg serving on bar or moving around? Rooms very basic and windows cannot be opened much whilst weather was warm so v stuffy. We were looking over car park which was quite noisy. Bathroom clean but bins tiny, shower door cannot be fully open as bashes into sink, bathroom ware v old and sealant round bath not pleasant. No proper wardrobe. All in all a bit depressing. Breakfast ok but in the main food is just warm - even hot water on most occasions not hot enough to dilute stewed tea! Because cooked en mass eggs could be very rubbery/overcooked. My husband had fish and chips one evening and said it was terrible (as a result we did not even use the small food credit we had with our voucher). Staff were ok but quite frankly looked as if they'd rather be anywhere else in the world! Dining room has lovely views and potential but as it stands looks like 70s throwback. Public reception not too bad but again old fashioned presentation. No bar service on Sunday til 2pm. Would not return and wouldn't recommend. A bit depressing all round.

First the hotel , very dated needs updating. Bath needs resealed its a mess . Cant open shower door as sink is in the way , cant open bathroom door whilst on toilet as knees are in the way. Food is awful we both have severe diarrhoea all night My partners meal was cold so was sent back obviously microwaved by the time it came back everyone else was finished which made it awkward as he then felt he had to rush so didnt finish his meal. Would never stay here againand wouldn't recommend.

Booked a 3 night stay through woucher, room was okay. It was clean and okay decorated. Bar was good although expensive. Bar staff lovely. The restaurant served the worst food I've ever been served. Ordered haggis as thought can't go wrong with tht. Dont know what it was but it wasn't haggis. Did look smell or have texture of haggis. I complained ordered burger can't go wrong with tht. Yea you guessed it lol. Was a blob of processed grey looking meat. Didn't even try it. Just left the staff however was a very nice helpful very apologetic girl. Could not fault the service. Food although was disgusting.
The worst hotel ever

The hotel management should Check the Oxford Dictionary for word "bespoke".
Nothing in that place was "bespoke".
The hotel is outdated, with poor cleaning - I found black hair in my shower and huge spider on the ceiling!!! And the view from the hotel room was - WALL of the neighbours building...
The management should all learn word "soundproof" - we could hear our neighbors from above sitting, walking, taking shower, even I could hear the news on BBC from their room... I had to use earplugs to fall asleep..
The biggest lie is information that hotel has parking.. there is space for maybe 20 cars, and the rest of the guest are informed to parked 300 yards further on public parking.... The breakfast was horrible - nothing "bespoke" . The quality of the food was really poor as probably they used the cheapest products in the market..
Only good thing was friendly staff, which had to deal with all the problems almost every guest had.
This hotel should be removed from booking.com, because it is shams to have such bad hotel on your website...
