Property was very clean and well-maintained. Nice, quiet area, but close to dining, shopping, and movie theater. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was awesome! The staff member overseeing the breakfast area went all out to make sure the area stayed cleaned and sanitized all while keeping food fresh and stocked.

My husband prepaid for 3 nights in a suite (really 1 big room) at this hotel. The room smelled so bad that I had to sleep with a mask on!!!!! It was horrible!!!!!!!! My husband called the only person at the front desk who brought up Febreeze - it didn't help. We went to Kroger and bought Lysol wipes and a new bottle of Febreeze. Didn't phase the horrible smell. The next day we got moved to a smaller room that didn't smell as bad. The washer & dryer were clean when I did laundry and the breakfast was really good. When we checked out, the manager was supposed to call but that was a week ago and no call yet. PS - I just read the review by wrightldl; should've read TripAdvisor before making the trip.

The staff were amazing. The hotel was clean. Every staff member was friendly & accommodating. Especially the evening & night crews. The lady who made breakfast was amazing & she offered a different selection of hot breakfast items every day of our stay. She even showed up early our last morning to see us off with hot food. Just amazing people.
Foul smells, dead bugs, NO WAFFLES!

We spent over $1600 here. We had two rooms for six days. They shut off all Air circulation to the rooms (saving electricity ) so when you arrive they are very foul and sour smelling until you air them out with the air conditioner. We had dead bugs on the floor and requested they be swept but they never were. They do not provide making the bed or even the changing of towels unless you call down and ask and then if you do ask good luck! The actual waffle machine had a sign on it that said “coming soon“. A couple told us it had been there in the entire five days they were there and the sign remained the entire six days we were there. He asked and they claimed (lied) they were waiting on waffle mix but in actuality they just did not wish to clean this machine so they hung a “coming soon“ sign on it and continue to lie about it. This Hampton has 1 ton of deferred maintenance (very poorly maintained) that needs to be done to it and you can tell that whoever holds his franchise is really on the cheap. This is not the place for you keep looking. Hopefully Hilton soon pulls this franchise!

We’ve stayed in Hilton Hotels off/on for years. We prefer one of their competitors in part, more predictable quality and no billing errors. On this road trip we’ve spent 5+ nights in Hampton Inn’s. Several were great others not so. First impressions not the best. TV controller did not work battery issue. 2nd room, water on the floor. Some furniture was well warn and did not look clean. However, we did have a restful sleep. Breakfast just OK, and front desk staff very pleasant.
