It's a fine hotel if you're redeeming some points, but we won't be returning. No breakfast, no safes in rooms, beat up bedding, pool is closed, and overall just visibly worn down. You also are not given any discount or good direction on parking. It is 12-20$ a night across the street depending on the rate.

In the heart of the city, surrounded by great local restaurants, with easy access to every attraction. A clean and friendly location. Went to the falls, visited Frank Lloyd Wright, Martin Home. This city has outstanding architectural details everywhere.
Rooms are really nice

Check-in was great! Great customer service. The rooms were big & clean. The walls are thin heard kids crying and being loud all night. Miscommunication with complimentary breakfast, they stated there is free breakfast but tried charging me $53 for a cold breakfast sandwich & fruit cup. Location is great. Pool was closed, was looking forward to the pool wish that was stated online before I booked.

If you are into the 1980's, this hotel is for you. It's tired and it shows. Couldn't wait to leave. Upside, water pressure in the shower was great, downside, water pressure was so great that the tub portion filled pretty quickly. Stains on the wallpaper both in the room and hallways. Pool not on operation, they just opened after 17 months of being closed and I think it shows. Would not recommend.
Unprepared for Guests

Staff friendly and courteous. However the hotel was not operating properly at all. No restaurants on site. No housekeeping at all for a 4 night stay. Trash accumulated in room and hallway. Very unhygienic. Room was not clean with dust on sofa and ottoman had to wipe them with a towel myself. Dust and spiders in bathroom. Pool closed. The worst is not communicating on website or via email upon reservation that hotel is not functional to minimum standard. I stayed at other Hyatt regency during covid and far better. Guests should be informed of no pool or restaurants etc or at least larger bins should be placed in rooms and cleaned upon check in, had I been informed I would’ve postponed my trip or canceled it. Just reopened but unprepared to receive guests.
