Worst staff ever!!!

Reviewed 3 july, 2022

We arrived Friday July 1st, they charge us almost $350 Canadian per night, plus $10 + tax for our pet, staff at the desk did not even stand up from their chair to greet us , however she was at least pleasant, breakfast was a joke, only waffles (you have to wait at least 15 minutes to make them) we had breakfast today and I approach the desk because I request late check out when I did my booking with booking.con they respond that they will honour my request but they never said until what time they will let me stay after the 11 am check out( I had a flight at 1 pm) I asked the clerk until when I had my late check out, her response was : we don’t give late check out, I explained to her that I send a message when I did my booking, her response was : booking.con is not allowed to give late check outs; I manage hotels in North America for the last 30 years, I know only the property can answer the requests, booking.con never does; anyways, she allow me like a big favor to check out at noon without extra charges, at 11.25 am the housekeeper supervisor (a man) knock the door ,I opened the door and asked him what’s the problem, he said : are you check in out? I told him that I requested a late check out at the desk, he looked at me like I was crazy, he point at his watch and told me: its 11.25 and check out is 11 am , I told him: I know , that is why I asked the desk for a late check out! He looked at me ignored what I was saying and told me I have to check out, I loose it!! Told him that it was his problem if front desk did not communicate him that I was leaving at noon , the guy was so rude that to tell you the true I will fire him on the door if he forked for me!!! The hotel is overpriced and run down! We will never stay never ever again!!!!!

Great hotel in a great location

Reviewed 22 march, 2022

Stayed here for March Madness and couldn't have been happier with my choice. Though the area doesn't look that great, don't be discouraged. The hotel is right off I90 and about 10 minutes or a $15 Uber to downtown. Everything was very clean, the room suitable for my needs - the bed was comfortable, bathroom clean, and, despite it being nearly full and just off the highway, silent at night which lead to a great sleep. I didn't try the free breakfast but just note, it runs from 6 to 9 am which really should be 10 or 10:30 on the weekends. They have free coffee and tea 24/7. Close to the hotel you will find a gas station, 7-11, CVS, a donut shop, and a Wendy's. Didn't really see any other restaurants in the area but also didn't really look. You could check Google maps if looking for other food options.

Don't Judge from the Outside

Reviewed 1 november, 2021

Wasn't sure what to expect from the location (surroundings) and appearance from the outside. Once inside I was pleasantly surprised. Fitness area was nice. Pool (indoor) was small and closed at 8pm. Grab and Go breakfast selection was extremely limited. Hotel is 2 floors with an elevator. Check in and check out was easy and friendly. Hotel was clean inside including lobby, breakfast area, fitness room, and most importantly our room. Our room was on the 2nd floor, 2 queen beds. Room was of nice size, including bathroom area. Refrigerator, desk, sitting chairs all in room. TV screen was a tad small and a few of the tv remote features didn't work...but overall this was a nice room. Don't let the surroundings or location scare you away, this is a nice place to stay.
