Hicimos noche de paso hacia cody, la habitacion es pequeña, esta decorada moderna, limpieza buena, hechamos en falta alguna manta mas por la noche y almohada extra. El personal es amable. El desyuno tiene lo basico pero esta bien wafles,tostadas, zumos, leche, cafe , zumo fruta y yogures.

Do not stay here is you want a good nights sleep. The beds are way overdue to be changed out! Most other things were very average. The "breakfast" in the AM consisted of a very high carb packaged sweet roll or a hard breakfast bar. Yuk!

We've stayed in this property in the past, with good results, and when we found our route taking us near Buffalo again this year, we reserved again. The morning we were heading that way, I checked the website to see what time check in was, and got a popup ad from Expedia offering the same room for exactly half the rate we were quoted. Upon arrival, I asked the clerk if there were any other special offers she could apply to bring the rate down a little closer to the one I'd come across, it was not in her power to make that decision. After agreeing to the rate I'd reserved, I asked it a manager or owner could call me, only to voice my feelings. I worked at a resort hotel for 40+ years and know that its usually better for the client AND owners to if one books directly with the hotel itself, and thought management would appreciate feedback. I never got the courtesy of a return call, and do not like feeling ignored or gouged.

" If your AC isn't working, I don't want to hear it" "What do you expect me to do about it?" "We don't have enough employees, so no one will be working from 0200 until 0600"
Just a few winning comments from the staff.
Shower curtain rack fell off the wall. Some outlets didn't work. TV remote was hit or miss. I could go on, but you get the gist.
And come on, "covid" isn't a valid excuse for poor service, food, room condition, etc.

TV did not work and there was no employee to help. The breakfast was measly. I was disappointed with the lack of employees. I do not appreciate the lack of service. Room was clean and the receptionist clerk did not give us a receipt and changed our rooms. I hope I don't come home to secret charges.
