Impecable...con excelente ubicación

Es el primer hotel que pasa la prueba de limpieza, la cama estaba impecablemente limpia, al igual que el resto de sus instalaciones. Tiene una excelente ubicación , a una cuadra del Mall de Georgia, con gran variedad de restaurantes y tiendas alrededor.
Con un estilo muy contemporáneo...
La habitación bastante amplia , tiene frigobar y cafetera, sólo le falta agua, no te incluye ninguna botella, estaría excelente que tuviera un microondas.
Cuenta con un escritorio para trabajar y un sillón muy cómodo para disfrutar de la tele. Algunos restaurantes cercanos como Red lobster , McDonald, Hooters, Arby’s, Burger King y La Madeleine. Además cuenta con el servicio de Starbucks dentro del hotel.
Es un hotel incluyente, está preparado para recibir huéspedes con discapacidad, las habitaciones están identificadas con lenguaje Braille.
Se preocupa por cuidar el medio ambiente colocando botes de basura apropiados.
Hotel súper recomendable 👍

Reserved a block of rooms for my daughter's wedding. Couldn't have been more pleased with the professionalism of the staff from beginning to end. Morgan was amazing in how she helped with the process. The Courtyard staff was wonderful in how they made us feel like family and went well beyond to make sure our out of town guests felt the same.
Not up to Courtyard by Marriott standards

The lobby is remodeled but not the rooms. When we got to our room there was poop on the wall in the bathroom, the wallpaper is coming off in multiple areas of the bathroom, and the walls were cracking in multiple places. The walls are not thick at all so you could hear everything clear as day if people are talking in the hallway or the next room. Housekeeping was out at 8am yelling up and down the hallway and they were so loud it sounded like they were in the room with us.
With their COVID procedures, you have to make a reservation for the gym and pool. Only one family in at a time for an hour period. I don’t believe they cleaned the gym at all because the same cup sat on the table for the 4 days we were there.
Also, on the topic of not cleaning, there were bugs in the light fixtures above where you eat in the lobby which was pretty gross.
Last but not least, the staff like to hang out in the back office so you had to stand at the front desk for a couple minutes waiting for them to come out. The marketplace area was not well taken care of. I had to go to the bistro area just to get forks because the marketplace area is not stocked.

The room was clean and quite for a hotel that was booked full.
At check in we were told if there was any loud noises or disruptions to call the front desk - almost like a zero tolerance.
We had no issues. This is in a great location for food, shopping, and access to the highway.
What trash? Oh that trash?

Booked a stay to visit our daughter for Thanksgiving NO we didnt get sick and Im 73 No lockdowns now for the review See photos this is what we drove up to checking in and was full on checkout could have been emptied as we were there 3 days but this is outside the entry Also homeless sit outside and goes in for free coffee every
morning There was trash and masks in driveway and only cleaned when I asked "did you fire the janitor" room was ok not clean as could have been but passible Homeless weren't asked for facemask lol
