Not a huge in, but good location right next to two main roads. Clean room friendly staff. I didn’t use any amenities but they looked ok. Also has a nice restaurant next door that makes it convenient to get a meal and some drinks. Would stay again.
Excellent place to stay

We have stayed at this hotel a few times now and everytime had a wonderful stay.
The Staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The Rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfy.
Our children really enjoyed using the pool. It was clean and well kept. The hot tub was an added bonus to relax in while watching the kids swim.
The continental Breakfast had so many choices we felt like we were at a top notch breakfast diner.
This is the only hotel we will stay at in the area and will be visiting again soon!
What a Hidden Gem

I cant say enough about the hotel very clean, welcoming staff , very cozy fee.l I looked everywhere for a room with a whirlpool tub in the suite. I was happy to find this place very happy with my room. very clean rooms with microwave, mini fridge smart tv, temp control, and a king size bed you have to peel yourself out of. On site pool, hot tub and gym i was truly expecting this place to be average and boy was I surprised. To end my review they make breakfast for guest enjoyment each morning. Breakfast meats ,eggs, various toasted items fruit yogurt oatmeal cereal something for everyone This was worth the money and we will surely return again next time we are in the area.
Great breakfast, musty room
Reviewed 5 October, 2019
We were in town for a wedding at Succop, so this was one of the closest hotels. We got room 102, which had handicapped-accessibility features we didn't need. What's more, the features didn't seem to work together : the shower has no lip, so you can roll right in, but the curtain is curved, so shower water also rolls right out. The bathroom floor was a lake every time we used the shower.
The room we were in also had a pretty serious musty smell - we weren't sure if it was the shower situation, the AC unit, or the proximity to the pool, but it was definitely noticable every time we walked in. Nothing we hung to dry actually dried in our room, so definitely some kind of humidity problem.
On the other hand, the staff absolutely could not have been more pleasant, welcoming, or helpful. The lady running the breakfast line did an awesome job, above and beyond what was required. The front desk attendant greeted us every time we came through the door, and even offered to help move wedding accessories with us.
Overall, if I needed to be back in Butler, I'd come back here, but definitely ask for a different room.
Clean Property, Responsive Staff

I've stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Butler, PA several times while visiting family.
While this is a little more than just a barebones property - I must say the property is very clean, quiet, and has a responsive staff.
During several of my stays, I was able to check in early which likely had something to do with my Platinum Elite status offered by SPG/Marriot Rewards (now Bonvoy). As recent as December 2018, my flight into Pittsburgh was cancelled, so I was put on a non-stop flight which put me in Pittsburgh around 3-4AM. Though most standard check-in times are well after 11AM, the hotel management without blinking an eye, gave me a room and I was able to get to sleep quickly.
Additionally, the hotel staff signed and took receipt of several packages I was expecting from UPS - which was very helpful.
The rooms are dated, from a décor standpoint; but otherwise, they are clean and well-kept.
The Fairfield offers a complimentary hot breakfast, which on the morning I checked in at 4-5AM, I could've sworn the front desk manager told me breakfast was over at 11AM, it was over much earlier than that. Nonetheless, the breakfast bar attendant was more than happy to prepare scrambled eggs, toast, orange juice, and yogurt for me - after everything had been cleaned and put away.
The parking lot is well-lit, and free. Side note- the parking lot is shared with a full-service bar restaurant (Rachel's Roadhouse) which also is very convenient with a plentiful food and beverage menu.
The front doors of the property are locked after-hours and only accessible via coded keycard or if the front desk attendant opens the door for you. The property has a local police department (Butler Township Police Department) which patrols the area 24/7, 365 days per year.
Butler, PA has several options for hotels, I would consider the Fairfield to be somewhere in my personal top 3 choices of those available. The staff is super friendly, accommodating, and the property is clean and safe. I will continue to stay here when in Butler.
