Kind Staff & Great Hotel

Wonderful hotel. Great people and great rooms. Newly updated facilities. Great amenities. Everything you could want. I stayed here while my husband was in Foothills with a medical emergency and the staff was so kind, I can't thank them enough.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times over the past four years. It is extremely clean, the air inside the building is fresh. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms are quiet. Check in/out is efficient. The only problem lately - to no fault of the hotel - is the amount of road construction surrounding the site which can make it a little tricky getting in/out. I highly recommend this hotel. The C train has a stop nearby if you want to travel to downtown or elsewhere and do not wish to drive. The staff are pleasant and attentive.

When I first pulled up to this hotel, I thought I’d made a terrible mistake. There was construction going on in front and the hotel didn’t look great from the outside and there were security cameras everywhere. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside. It had a nice lobby with all the rooms surrounding an atrium. There’s a pool, hot tub, and restaurant that serves a wonderful free breakfast with both hot and cold items.
The rooms are nicely appointed, the beds comfortable, and the tv’s have Chromecast so you can watch movies and shows from your own devices.
All in all, this hotel is a great value, and I would definitely stay here again.
Step up the housekeeping

Yes it’s the time of Covid-19 and daily housekeeping is not provided, but on the third day of my six day stay my room needed attention, I requested housekeeping, only to find on return no one had touched my room; I had to go to front desk, as my call was not answered, to request towels, coffee bar items and soap. Next day requested housekeeping had obviously been as my beds were made and fresh towels. However the accumulated dust and dirt at the baseboards off the laminate floor was still there and bed linens had not been changed, there were blood spots from a scratch. This poor attempt left me wondering about the level of cleanliness throughout the hotel and left me feeling unsafe. Each time I mentioned the lackluster housekeeping (3 times) the answer was “I’ll let management know “. Didn’t help me as a customer.
