10th family trip to Mexico and would NEVER return here.
The staff were not welcoming at all when we arrived. The next day we went down in the morning for breakfast (that was included in our fee). We sat down and not two mins later Casanova an employee approached us and in a loud very rude voice asked us where our breakfast vouchers are then a minute later, came rushing back to us demanding our room number. We were mortified! He finally let up and let us pass by him to go to the front desk. We explained the situation. The staff at the front desk apologized for not giving our vouchers . We were told that the waterpark area opens daily at 10am and closes at 5. We got there at about 10:15am and it was not yet open. The park didn't open till well after 12:15, Then we were approached and told we had to leave at 4:30, when there were still other people in the park. Of the 10 times weve been to Mexico we have never been treated so poorly. We will not return and make sure to advise our friends and family to go elsewhere.
Stinks
This is a place where no one knows exactly what’s going on in/around their own hotel, even the manager, everyone has a different answer and that’s if they even know it. We stayed on the fourth floor overlooking a semi washed out marina, with a washed up sailboat on the shoreline. The bedroom is in the loft above the bathroom and the balcony’s wall is designed so that you can’t see over it when sitting, not that there’s much worth seeing, except for someone’s underwear on the roof. Leaving the 4th to the 3rd floor there is septic smell, only to be met with the rotting seaweed piled up on the beach. Once in the lobby, you get to wait in line for your “all inclusive” food with locals, who come by bus loads just to share your amenities with you. See picture.

I had a truly great time at hotel, Tony and Brian were very friendly and were a great addition to our trip. Everything about my trip was wonderful, the people were all so nice. Brian and Tony had set up games throughout the day, and we all had a great time.
Family Vacation
Excellent Resort!! My kids loved it 🥰 from the pool to the outdoor activities the resort hosted every day for them to the kayaking!! Great service from the restaurant personnel to the lobby personnel !! I want to say some personnel definitely when out the way to make our experience even greater !! I want give special thanks to Manuel in the kitchen staff, Lupe and Eduardo in the outside bar, Pepe in the lobby, Audi the security guard and all the pool staff that made the outside activities incredible and memorable for my family 👏
Don't be fooled by fully refundable room
Booked a stay for this Feb 2021 but had to cancel the trip, customer services we very helpful and cancelled the reservation, not so helpful though processing the refund! 50 days and counting still no refund and now not replying to my emails.
