Fun for Families!
It was definitely an older building... but they entertainment crew did their best to help us have a great time. Our kids enjoyed themselves (ages 6,8,10,12,14). We did not like the timeshare/membership pitch... don't trust them! We also didn't like the laundry service (~$40 per load)... but overall, a great trip for the price. We were there during COVID so a few attractions were closed and a few restaurants were closed. No biggie.
Fun for the whole family
We wanted to do a January getaway to a warmer climate and Crown Paradise Club fit the bill - all inclusive, great kid's area, right on the beach. We had great service at the buffet and restaurants, the spa, and the bars. The rooms were cleaned daily. There was always something to do and the recreational director was entertaining. The kids pool area was great and had a ton of activities for the kids. My only complaint is the beds were pretty hard and small; otherwise it was a great place to stay.
Jesus bell boy
Impressive! This hotel is great. Never been treated so great at any hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff is beyond helpful friendly happy and most of all appreciative! Definitely staying here in future trips to Cancun. Also We couldn’t have felt more safe and protected in general and durning covid. Bell boy Jesus was awesome. Walked to us right away and was happy to hold our bags upon arrival and departure!
Family fun!!
The family features they have at this hotel is amazing!!! The family suits are fantastic, but the beds are pretty stiff, and the pillows are a bit too fluffy. So bring your own pillows, and ask for extra blankets and it’ll be perfect! Also eat at the restaurants as much as you can! They are so yummy!! But the buffer after a couple days, our whole family got sick, we think it’s the oil they use or something :( The hotel could use some upkeep and repairs, but then it would be a 5 star ans we couldn’t have afforded it ;) You get what you pay for, and the fishermen’s wow! I would have eaten there every day allll day soooo sooo good!
Restaurant
Our server Ferdy at the Mexican Restaurant was excellent! Very fast and friendly and professional! The following night we went to the Italian restaurant and he was there so we requested him. He made everything special. Gracias, Ferdy.
