overpriced and noisy
We checked in late. (2am) The price was much more than we expected and the service was less than we expected. Rooms were plain with no amenities. The staff start cleaning at 0730 and after that there was no hope of sleep.
Nice stay
We stayed one night before heading off to Tulum. The hotel was nice and clean for Mexican standards. It is situated across the street from the main bus station and in a good location. Desk staff was good but did have some trouble finding our reservations. Their english was challenging but remember you are in Mexico so we tried with our very limited Spanish. Overall a good stay
Great location for ADO has see through bathroom doors in room so can see and hear things you might not want to..
We booked for 1 night prior to bus travel. Glad it was only 1 night a bit basic and the see through shower and toilet door aren't suitable unless you want your room mates to see and hear whilst you are in the shower and toilet.
Pros and cons
This was our second stay at this hotel, the first being 2 years ago. This time we found some things we liked and some we didn't. Pros: Beautiful grounds. Water cooler in hallway to refill water bottles. ADO station across the street. Cons: Our room was showing it's age and in need of a paint refresh. Wifi in the room didn't work well.
Early Flight Accomodation
Stayed at this hotel before an early flight from Cancun Airport. The hotel is just opposite ADO bus station where you can get an early bus from Cancun centre to the airport. The room is good and the bed was really comfy.
