Budget friendly
The location is excellent, easy access to the mall through hotel with key card, beautiful pool area, clean rooms with microwave and refrigerator. I love the strict security/safety measures, and most importantly, it's budget friendly.
FIND AN AIRBNB FOR THE SAME PRICE, DON'T STAY HERE
I am not someone that writes a lot but this are the 3 reasons why I would not stay here: 1. Service Staff and Front Desk are super rude, they do not treat you like a guest but contrary they make you feel like you are a criminal trying to break in the hotel. 2. Since the condos face the main avenue where the "Plaza de Toros" is at, there is noise and music ALL NIGHT LONG and you can get NO SLEEP. 3. The apartments are not serviced, they don't feel clean and take so long to change things from the rooms/place.

Rude and unprofessional front desk and security staff. Invited my friend over for a drink before going to dinner....no guests allowed without paying a fee of $30 USD. What joke. Disgraceful hotel. Cable TV not working, ants everywhere in the room. ...too many other choices . AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Worst Hotel Ever!!!
I've never experienced such rude and unfriendly service at any hotel like we received at this hotel. At check in they demanded I pay extra for my children, altjough we booked the 3 bedroom option,during the stay we were constantly harassed, entering the property security would ask 20 questions. During check out we were loading suitcases in the van and the staff ran out to ask us several questions. What is wrong with this management group? I can't imagine this hotel will remain in business with this type of poor service. There are many hotels in Cancun, do yourself a favor and pick any other hotel for your vacation.
Horrible
Unfortunately the hotel is not an hotel but a few apartement managed from three unformed mexican. The all complex is like a big parking. Service is inexistant. They stole you deposit with no reason. Room are not clean, location is central but you have to hear the city noise all the night. I cloud not stay all my booked duration, was horrible.
