Great, modern, stylish hotel with excellent, very service oriented, outgoing & friendly staff. Very close to the Croisette beach. Roof pool, bar & restaurant intimate, fun and high quality. The Saturday night dinner was superb!

in August 2020 I took the time to write a comment concerning my stay in July 2020, I now realize that this comment has disappeared, if I had taken the time to write it it was to express my dissatisfaction and I am surprised that he's gone,
I came with my wife and when we arrived there was an unbearable smell of cigarettes, the maid came to disinfect the curtains etc but the product used gave us a headache, we had asked for a gesture of goodwill because the price of the room being so important it was rather easy to make a discount which the receptionist had refused, I hope that this time my comment will be published and not withdrawn like the last time, thank you
The Perfect Boutique Hotel in Cannes

Five Seas Cannes is one incredible hotel. From the moment we arrived, we knew it was going to be a special experience. Greeted warmly by the hotel staff, we arrived after a long overnight flight from Canada. Being only 11:00 am, we knew our room would not be ready - the team took our info, checked us in and held our bags while we went for a coffee at a nearby patio. Before 12:00 pm noon, we received a phone call saying our room was ready early - the team did everything they could to get us in early knowing we had flown overnight. The room was exceptional - clean, cool and spacious.
Even before our arrival I was impressed with the hotel. The conceirge team - Antoine, Romain and Maxime answered all of my questions over email and responses were always prompt and polite. They made numerous recommendations for fun nights out, dinners and lunches, and then made the bookings for us and any changes we requested.
They were also very well-versed in the city requirements for Covid protocols and even helped get us the info we needed to enter France from Canada since this was the first stop of our 2-week trip. I can't say enough about how above-and-beyond this team went for us.
We enjoyed the rooftop terrace for drinks one night before going out and the service was lovely - welcoming and attentive.
Upon returning to Cannes, the Five Seas will be the only hotel I book at. Looking forward to next time and thank you to the team once again.

We had paid more than 600 euros a night because it was our wedding anniversary, but nothing went as we wanted, we could not enjoy the spa because it was full, we had not been able to dine at the restaurant. hotel because it was full, it was difficult to get a chair at the pool because it was full, we wanted to find a beautiful beach near the hotel but it was full, we would have liked that at the price paid for the night we could enjoy advantages of this hotel, if we had known at the time of booking that we had to book everything before our arrival we would have booked, we think that the real problem with this hotel is that the spa and the restaurant are open to customers who do not did not sleep in this hotel
