10 OUT OF 10

I usually don't stay at this Hilton property in Casper, *SORRY* but I accidentally booked this hotel last week and was very pleasantly surprised. Staff is friendly and welcoming, rooms are a little outdated, but they were clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks were a nice bonus. Stephanie was working front desk (my absolute favorite sales manager EVER from another Hilton property - she used to arrange all my travel team's stays as well as my business work seminars) This girl is the best, lucky to have her as an addition to your hotel!! Now that I know she is here and how great all the staff were there is no question - I will book all rooms here from now on!!

Great Employee

Front desk girl. Stephanie (?) was amazing! I arrived around the same time as a group of about 8 (all separate reservations) and I was worried we would be waiting a while. Not only did she get everyone through quickly and efficiently, but she handled it like a champ. She had great customer service and never showed a sign of stress under pressure. Will stay here any time that I come back to area.

Trip hazards in hallways

Reviewed 5 october, 2022

The bed was firm, that's the only good thing I can say. Even the furniture in the lobby needs replaced. The carpet in hallway's & our room was not only dirty. but it even buckles. Elevator had missing panels, entire place needs painting, In truth is looks like they have never done repairs. There's no need for me to go on, You are getting older motel 6 quality at Hilton price. We were very disappointed. Shame on Hilton.

Good food in the on site restaurant

Reviewed 17 september, 2022

We were allocated a disabled accessible room - not sure why, but it was comfortable and I would imagine perfect for someone in a wheelchair, it was huge with a wet room - shower was really good We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal, food was very good and bar tender was excellent- great service and personality. Similarly we had breakfast, which also was very tasty, particularly the omelette The hotel is typical of its kind, a bit bland and lacking in character, but perfectly functional, clean and comfortable

The amazing staff makes up for a few scratches and dings in the rooms

Reviewed 30 august, 2022

Every single staff person I passed said 'hello' or 'good morning'. The lady working the front desk was helpful with dining suggestions both nearby and a longer walk away--we choose the latter via a path along the river into the older downtown area. And, yes, the rooms show some wear but the bed was comfortable and everything worked. I'd stay here again when passing through.
