We stayed one night while visiting Green Lakes Park and Chittenago Falls…both beautiful spots!
When we arrived at the Hampton Inn we were greeted by a friendly desk clerk. When I commented on the view from the side of the hotel she assured me that would be the view from my room. She was also happy to recommend good spots to eat.
THe room was spotlessly clean and had a sanitized sticker on the door. As well, there were sanitizer wipes near the elevators and the coffee station.
The pool area was also well maintained and a welcome spot after a lot of walking.
In short, I would definitely recommend this Hampton Inn to anyone visiting the lovely town of Cazenovia. The morning breakfast was also nicely done, with omelets, bagels, yogurt etc.
I hope to bring my grandkids to see the parks and will definitely stay here again.
In particular I compliment the friendly staff.
Clean, friendly and great location

Rooms and bathroom were very clean, lots of room for storage. Only downfall is we couldn’t access the internet if we weren’t signed up with the “Honest Hampton Program” and the coffee machine was newer as we are used to the original machine, coffee was def weak.

Exactly what we have come to expect of a Hampton Inn & Suites - clean, cool, quiet, convenient, and beautifully maintained. Amazing value for the price.
Close to a major route but far enough back not to be bothered by the noise. In a beautiful location. The moment we stopped in front of the hotel, my daughter jumped out to take a picture of the sun setting over the fields.
I am a super-light sleeper, so I really appreciated the blackout curtains, which were hidden behind the decorative curtains and had to be pulled with a rod because of the very high ceilings. The heating and cooling system whooshed quietly and steadily so it enhanced, rather than detracted from sleep.
We were there for two nights. The hot breakfast consisted of meat (sausage one day, kielbasa the next, eggs (omelets, then scrambled eggs), toastable bagels, muffins, waffles, fresh fruit (a touch I really appreciate), cereals, greek yogurt, yogurt drinks, and probably stuff I'm forgetting to name because I was happy with the above.
The staff was super-pleasant - we were there to look a college and explore the area, and they all had nice things to say about both. We checked in rather late for the area, and they immediately told us (before we even asked) about the restaurants still open and delivering and handed us menus. I was going to ask when we finished bringing our bags up - which would have been too late.
That said, my view of the place may have been skewed by having the nicest room in the hotel. We weren't told we were getting an upgrade, and nothing outside the door marked it as special, but I can't believe the rooms were all as large and well-appointed as ours.
But who knows? It's a Hilton brand. It is pretty much routine to get excellent value for the money.
