Not a Good Visit
Greeter that checked us in was super nice and the breakfast crew was on their game but all the rest was not so good and went downhill. Beds where like sleeping on a hard floor. The shower head was only adjustable for very fine spray which was not comfortable and massage mode which had very little water pressure. The guests on second floor were very noisy and slamming doors at 11pm. The real disappointing part was no luggage carts to check out. They only had two. Had to make 7 trips to the car from second floor at 6am. Manager on duty was worthless to say the least. Told us that other guests had taken the carts to their rooms and had not brought back and she couldn't do anything for us. Thank goodness I didn't have a disability. Feel for those that do. Maybe use a checkout system like I have seen at other organized hotels holding guests accountable or have a couple as backup in a storage room just in case discourteous guests don't bother to bring back. Perfect!!
Rooms were great! Extremely clean & beds were comfortable. Breakfast is great too! Nice selection of food and staff was great too! Very friendly and accommodating. Pool is nice too. Hot tub jets don’t work but our little guy still enjoyed swimming in the “hot pool” which wasn’t hot by any stretch but warm which is ok with us.
Great overnight stay
We stayed here overnight on our way back home from Kentucky. The room was clean and comfy. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My husband is a fan of the little reading lights on the headboards
BEST HOTEL IN OHIO
This was possibly the best hotel we've ever stayed. Had trouble in room but Christina and Jen took great care of us. They are EXTREMELY accommodating due to issue and they upgraded our room. Would highly recommend! THANK YOU CHRISTINA AND JEN FOR MAKING IT A WONDERFUL STAY! :)
Great stay
This place was exactly what we were looking for. Clean, quiet, and spacious room. The beds were very comfortable. The room temp was perfect (didn't even need to use the air/heat) and the water pressure in the shower was good. The pillows were both firm and fluffy. The breakfast area was spacious and all the food was well stocked. The food was hot and the coffee was great. We will definitely stay here again when travelling through the area. Oh, and the internet connection was fast.
