In Need on Maintenance

We stayed here for several days. We are generously rating this hotel with a 3 because it was clean and the person working the front desk was exceptional. On the negative side, the TV was broken, the lamp on the dresser was broken (and I don’t mean the bulb was burned out), the TV was screwed to dresser and placed so you could watch from the bed but not the sofa, the shower head leaked, and one burner on the cooktop did not heat up. Also, the neighbors in the next room must liver there full time because the had a loud stereo and were not afraid to use it. Had it not been for the AMAZING young lady (Inder) working the front desk, I think we would have abandoned this property immediately. She did everything she could to offset the maintenance issues. She was great and deserves a promotion (in case ESA management is reading this). We were expecting a call from the manager to discuss the poor condition of the room but disappointingly, that never happened. I think poor maintenance and lousy customer service are acceptable to the manager. There are other Extended Stay hotels in the area, you may want to try one of those.

Nice hotel , the AGM Ana s very attentive and cares about the guests, excellent costumer service, room clean , hotel lobby very nice , restaurants very near to the hotel , convenient location. Close to my job! I will back soon
Don’t waste your time here

The room was old and outdated the kitchenette had no utensils or silverware/cookware and when we requested some all they gave me were a bunch of heavy plates that i had to haul upstairs and hope i didn’t drop and no cookware so it was pointless. had to request extra toiletries because they barely gave us 1 shampoo and soap. Tub was moldy the floor In the bathroom was slippery I almost fell walking in and the kitchen was dirty, no coffee maker or toaster in room like pictures. Extremely disappointed in this stay, will not be staying again. And the entire 3rd floor had a horrible stench.
Reasonable price to stay while house-hunting

Our suite was clean and adequate, and requested utensils to cook and clean were provided quickly. Also, Deepa at front desk was always professional and true to her word, providing a refund when we had to check out a week or so early. Breakfast 'grab and go' of course, as advertised was limited, but helpful. If you need a place to pay a month or even two in advance, while house searching, and save money, this is a great option.

There was bugs all over the room and the room smelled like straight garbage. No disrespect but I think it’s time for renovations!!! Horrible night. Waste of money! I got a refund but I’m still not satisfied. I feel disrespected by how bad this room was lol complete trash
