Very comfortable room as well as excellent customer service!

Reviewed 21 november, 2022

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The pillows were awesome! The bath tubs are literally 2 feet deep. Customer service is the best! It's located near a lot of pretty hip places. 10 out of 10 I would recommend! The whole vibe at the Dwell Hotel is like family.

Great little gem in this charming city

Reviewed 19 august, 2022

Love love love this place. The staff are amazing - helpful with dining and sightseeing tips and tricks, friendly and accessible. The hotel is beautifully decorated in that retro-chic style. Even the music echos the vibe. Rooms are well appointed and very clean. This is not your cookie cutter hotel. The food at Syrup and Eggs is delicious. If you’re looking for something a little unexpected, this is your place. There is city noise and the creaking sounds of a historic building, so if you’re a light sleeper, ask for the quieter rooms. Highly recommend! It’s also part of Marriott’s Bonvoy program.

Dwell is Swell

Reviewed 24 july, 2022

First time to Chattanooga already taken in by the river and the views and the Dwell just finished off any question about another visit. Like other reviewers can't agree more been all over the world one of the best hotels ever stayed at. The imagination and attention to detail in this hotel must have been a talented team. Put together funky vibe, great food and drinks and great staff. Maybe a small fridge in the rooms but all I can say was planning one night and stayed two.

Stylish & fun - A great choice

Reviewed 15 june, 2022

We had a great experience with these guys. Everyone on staff are friendly & fun to be around even with a massive heatwave pushing temps into triple digits. The team are total pros. The hotel is stylish and unique. Someone spent a lot of time and no small amount of money picking the artwork and other appointments. All that effort results in an old-school style experience but with every modern convenience. Highly recommended.

Sweet vintage Charm and Staff

Reviewed 30 may, 2022

Love this place!! My husband and I stayed in the Dandelion room for two nights. As soon as we walked in, the manager offered us champagne! We love the mid century style and this place had it all and we appreciated the attention to details and the fact that every piece of furniture was truly vintage. The staff were incredibly helpful, kind, and fun. They gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. Syrup and Eggs is a cute little restaurant to get breakfast and if you’re staying in the hotel, be sure to make reservations the night before. There was no mini fridge in the room we stayed in, so we couldn’t save any leftovers. So make sure you eat all your food! Overall, we had a lovely stay.
