Disgusting. Don't stay here!

The most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Nothing "quality" about it! Doesn't even deserve one star but have to give it something in order to warn others not to stay here. The rooms are FILTHY - some sort of ick dripping down the kitchen cabinet, stained, ripped and downright trashy furniture, holes in wall, bathroom was clearly not even wiped down, let alone cleaned. (see pictures) They advertise free breakfast, but all that entailed was a pre-packaged honeybun, coffee, and water bottles - IF you were early enough. If you didn't get there until 8:30 am, the water bottles were gone and were not replaced. I paid $134 per night for a place that isn't even worth $13.40 per night. Gross. The only positive thing I can think of is that the man at the desk tried to be helpful, but as basically the only one there, there was little he could do. DON'T STAY HERE!!!!!!!
Clean room but missing lots of stuff

I stayed at the Quality Inn Buffalo Airport last night. There were plusses and minuses with this property. I've stayed at other Choice properties, including several Quality Inns, and have always had a positive, pleasant experience. On this stay, my room was clean, my bathroom was clean, and overall the hotel was quiet. The bed was comfortable. But my room didn't have a refrigerator or microwave as advertised when I booked it. It had an iron but no ironing board. Broken lamp shades made the room look tired. Burned out batteries in the TV remote didn't help. There were those little details that detracted from my stay. I guess if you only need to shower and sleep, this place is ok. But it's definitely not up to the Choice Hotels standard.
Great rooms...very clean

We visited during the escalation of COVID-19 and the hotel staff provided excellent customer service...they took every precaution - masks & sanitizer was provided for us. Rooms were very clean 👍, great for families...crib provided for our one year old.
Outstanding Service for Park and Fly Program

After using the Park and Fly Service, I'm happy to give the hotel highest marks!
I'm a snow bird who was returning to my northern residence. I used a driver service to get my car from Florida to the Buffalo Airport. The driver made the trip so efficiently that she arrived the day before my flight. She checked my car in the Park and Fly program. She left the car keys with the front desk and left her credit card number as a deposit, although everyone understood that I would be paying when I arrived.
She communicated how the Park and Fly Service would work via email and everything she wrote was exactly as it played out the next day when I arrived.
After I arrived, I phoned the contact phone number I had been given. I was told to walk to the Hotel Pick-up point (Blue Signage in the center island on the lower level -- the arrival level) I did so and within a very few minutes the Quality Inn van pulled up. (This was a clean, well-kept van.I was the only passenger in the van.)
This was in the middle of the Covid pandemic, so I asked the driver if he could keep the windows open as we drove. Without any push-back, he did exactly that. The driver was also very respectful and sensitive to other contact issues. He was wearing a mask and when I said that I could handle my own luggage he simply stepped back and let me do so.
The drive from the airport to the hotel is very short. As we entered the property,
I could see my car sitting in the parking lot in front of the hotel. I took care of retrieving my keys, plugged my destination into my GPS and was off. Everything moved so efficiently, it felt as if I was on the road less than thirty minutes from first phone call.
Other travelers can look forward to an efficient, courteous experience. I am planning on using Quality Inn's Park and Fly again this Fall when I head south.

Oh my god.
This was the most disgusting and filthiest place I think I ever had stayed.
My mother, brother, his wife, and myself stayed here the night of May 23, 2020 to May 24, 2020.
Manager at the front desk was nice enough to let us check in early.
He said due to COVID they were short-handed on all staff. I totally understood that and said that we wouldn’t mind waiting until regular check-in time of 3:00p if that helped the cause any. He said it was fine and that he would do a double check to make sure the room was clean. He gave us the okay and we entered the Room 107.
Let me tell you, it was nasty!
There was pizza or pasta sauce splattered on the wall, pizza crust under the AC unit, all kinds of food crumbs under the beds, stains on the comforters, and holes in the walls. I brought this the managers attention and before examine everything I wanted to show him he offered new comforters only. I said that wouldn’t cut it and for him to please see if another room would be available for us. He did and we swapped to Room 106 across the hall. Was cleaner, sure, but. not by much.
The manager was understanding to a degree, but felt our concerns were brushed off somewhat. He said 3:00p was quitting time and that the other manager would be in shortly if we needed anything else, almost as if he was foisting us on the other manager. It whatever, lesson learned. Plenty of hotels in the area, so don’t get seduced because of the attractive price.
