Stayed here in July of 2019, while road-tripping to North Carolina.
The location wasn't ideal, situated along the main business route in Binghamton, which made for a little bit of a noisy stay. For the money, this was an excellent stay. We hadn't stayed at a Motel 6 before, and had read mixed reviews about the chain in general. So, needless to say, we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in, and were greeted by a spacious, clean, well-maintained room. The air-conditioning and WIFI worked exceptionally well, which made planning the latter legs of our trip a pleasant experience. The bed was large and very clean, and the bathroom was immaculate. The only downside was that there was no breakfast available. But, it's a Motel 6 after all, so you can't really expect extras for what you pay.
Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay again!
Better than I expected

It was late at night and snowing so I turned off the highway, drove the 5 minutes to the Motel. When I went to the reception to book, I found a very pleasant lady who helped me check in quite seamlessly. She took the time to explain where the room was, where to park to get easy access and was generally very helpful.
The room was spacious with a clean bathroom and bedroom. With the rates being offered, I was more than happy with what I had. The bedroom had all the things you would expect. The bathroom had a selection of towels and toiletries. It had a shower/tub combination which was fine. The shower curtains were clean (a very important factor for me!) and the hot water worked well.
If there was anything I would complain about or mention, was the slight odour in the room. It did smell like a pet had been there recently, so probably some air freshener would help.
Other than that, it was fine. The checking out process was easy. I just returned the key, took some complimentary coffee and set off.
Would I stay here again? Yes, sure.
A decent stay

I stayed here for one night on my way to Niagara Falls. The motel was easy to find and it's near some convenience stores and fast food joints. The staff was really friendly on both check-in and check-out and made me feel I was welcome. The location as a whole is pretty quiet once the night falls.
The room was big, clean and had a somewhat quiet air conditioning, at least compared to usual motel AC units. The only thing that was a bit disturbing was the rather strong smell of some industrial detergent, which I managed to trace to the fitted carpet. I don't know, maybe there had been water damage before which had then been attempted to remedy with the detergent. I was too tired to go and complain, but if you have ashtma or similar, it can be a problem.
Great room & service for the price!

Excellent experience. Stayed 2 nights to get our son settled into an apartment for school. Checking in was easy. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Room was immaculate. Very clean. The bathroom & fixtures were almost new. NO odors or stains on anything. Room was pet-friendly so I appreciated that there was no carpeting. Checking out was just as easy as checking in. Motel is near a couple of restaurants & some shopping. We booked again for October when we visit our son again.
Great room & service for the price!
Good for one night

We were there for one night in August 2019, and while the price charged was low, it was not a place I would stay at for more than one night. The whole place needs to be cleaned up and refurbished. The smells in the hallways and in the corridors is unpleasant to say the least. Cleaning staff do not appear to do their jobs properly. While I am sure the sheets were clean, they had permanent brown stains.
