Hotel is nice and clean, but is overpriced for what they offer. Rooms are clean. Internet does not work very well. Goes in and out of service. Has nice bathroom, but shower has no hot water only luke warm. Beds are a little too hard. Staff are nice and they are trying to do their best with what they got to offer.

As a travel professional, I spend an average of 300 nights a year in hotels from 3 o 5 star resorts, and so when I find something unique and special I want to highly commend the establishment. In todays every changing world, especially the hospitality industry, it is very unique to find a hotel that still goes out of its way to provide above and beyond customer service, and this hotel dies just that. Even though it cost more money, you still get a hot filling
breakfast. Rooms are straightened up and refreshed everyday without asking. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating and the rooms are large and very comfortable. I could write a book about the cons here, but if you are looking for an excellent place to stay in Cheney WA., look no further than here. I give it my highest recommendation.
Return visit - overall great place!!

4 people, 2 nights in 2 rooms. This is an excellent, well rounded place to stay. Check in went quick and front desk was very friendly and professional. The room very adequate and very clean and tidy (I'm a little picky about cleanliness in general). No need to bring shampoo, conditioner or body gel. There are huge dispensers of each in the showers-I will remember next time so I don't need to bring those. Also lotion & bar soaps provided. Their eye to details were great - even down to providing 2 pillows per person with them labeled on the pillowcase SOFT or FIRM! Love it no guessing or just providing all medium pillows. I like firm, hubs likes soft :) This was EWU move in weekend & the occupancy was a little crazy so a couple little things showed up in the lacking dept...the maids didn't take away & replace dirty towels or take away misc breakfast dishes/garbage. And when I went to pick up breakfast (which was great by the way) I was the 9th group to pick up & nothing was ready-it took quite a bit of time to get it. Glad I wasn't on a tight time frame that morning. Second morning we skipped breakfast because of the wait time etc. Can't eat cold eggs 2 mornings in a row. Every interaction night and day with the front desk they were extremely friendly, helpful and multitasking like crazy-and got everything right, including helping me charge waters to my room through the side window while he had a line waiting-a nice gentleman on duty 9/18/20 8pm. Thank you for such great service during an incredibly busy time for you.

Blown away. Pinch me, is this a Holiday Inn? Exceeded expectations! Clean, courteous, and location is perfect-close to everything. The front desk was accommodating and helped us out when we forgot toothpaste and needed an extra face mask (COVID). Our room was well furnished, nicely updated and organized. Very happy customer and plan to return with frequent visits to my new Eagle.
Safety is low priority/ GM lack intergrity

I'll make this as short as possible. I checked in and had a bad fridge, told the front desk lady, she said she would get maintenance on it, I told her that I wanted to be there when the arrived and she said ok.
I come back from work the next day only to find out that my fridge has been changed out and my food was place in the other fridge by the maintenance men with their dirty gloves on and with no regard to my health and no regard for the Do not Disturb sign on the door. I told the GM and he said he understood my frustrations and basically said that it was the front desk lady fault for not properly relaying the message. I told him the buck should stop with him but he continued to blame her and said that she would be dealt with. He also said that the maintenance men told him that they changed out their gloves before they touched my food and I told him that he couldn't possibly believe that. How many maintenance men carry extra gloves in their back pockets all day?
So I had to throw away all my food because the maintenance men touched it and had black glove prints on the bags that I had food in and I also have to worry about my health with Corona-19 going around because of the inconsideration of this hotel.
The GM wanted to make all this go away by offering me $70 for my food and 1000 pts I told him that their was no price for my health and safety.
Holiday Inn used to be a reputable franchise now they let anyone operate them..
This hotel lack integrity from the GM down to the Front desk personal.
I will be advancing my complaints farther.
