Reserve en familia para visitar en Chesapeake a mi sobrina y realmente el hotel es sucio, la lluvia de ducha no funcionaba, el teléfono con cable roto, el ascensor una mugre, la toallas eran lijas para secarse, no recogían los residuos de los cestos, sábanas y almohadas sucias, quisimos dejar el hotel y que nos feitegraran el dinero, dijeron que no, que habláramos con la mánager que nunca estaba, al otro día, marihuana por todos los pasillos, una experiencia espantosa, nunca se aloje en ese lugar

I was hesitant at first but the nice lady at the desk told me go check it out I was surprised at the size and cleanliness of my room.. overall this was overall a Very pleasant stay.. Angie at the front desk was great 👍

Checked in for a one night stay and checked out on the same day. Did not feel safe or comfortable staying the night. Our room was not cleaned when we first entered room. There was clothing left in the closet and one of the beds was loosely made. The Bath Tub had a red stain and in the space under the sink there was a piece of loose pipe on the floor. We called the front desk to report the room was not clean. We temporarily left while someone was cleaning the room and removing the clothing When we returned the bed was untouched and minimal cleaning was performed. We checked out soon after. The hotel Manager was no where to be found to complain. I was given the hotel managers business card. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Terrible service, stinking elevator, dirty beds, we had to make one of our beds ourselves, the room was smelly, noisy, dirty, furniture was broken, cockroaches were crawling on our bed, we could smell someone smoking marijuana in the room next door. The receptionist told us that there was only coffee, jam, and cereal for breakfast, while on the website they announce a free hot breakfast. Basically, they announce a wonderful hotel, but the reality does not even come close. In one word, it was disgusting. Avoid at all costs, especially if you travel with children.
Warning. Do not stay here!!

We are not picky people, but this hotel (where we have stayed in years past without incident) was disgusting. The lobby is a mess with ironing boards on broken tables, irons on the counters where the breakfast would be, urine stains and smell in the hallway and urine smell in our rooms. There was mold in the microwave, smeared food in the refrigerator, hair on the pillows and the bathrooms were dirty. Other than that it was perfect. We told the attendant on this Saturday June 26th, 2021 that our rooms were disgusting and no one should pay to stay in rooms this disgusting. She had no other rooms and told us we could talk to the manager on Sunday about a refund. When we checked our account to see how much we should be refunded, we were also charged two pet fees of $39.90 each even though we did not stay at the hotel because of its condition! I have finally reached the manager after a dozen attempts (she is never available). She told me the rooms are good and I need to get my refund from the business through whom I booked the hotel rooms. (This is actually untrue) The third party booking agency, the CHOICE hotels guest relations department and the Better Business Bureau all have spoken to this manager who actually must give permission for us to get a refund. She has refused every attempt. Honestly, do not even call this hotel - beware! They also run a Quality Inn in the area and the Econolodge Norfolk Airport among others.
