Location is getting Tired, showing it's Years.
(+) May 31, Wasi gentelman on front desk was very courteous & even helped carry my wifes suitcase up stairs. (-) Both ice machines broken (-) Room washrooms are tired. This location is Pet Friendly. Which explains spilt Kibble in the corridor.
The worst hotel I have ever stayed at.
This was the absolute worse hotel I have ever stayed at. I Booked the hotel through priceline and the website took a $411 deposit as well as the hotel taking another $200. So in total i paid $611 deposit. Thank goodness I got it back. Never have I had to pay that much for a deposit before. The hotel room was disgusting. There was hair in the shower and I received dirty towels and blankets. One of the towels and stains on it and looked like it was never washed. One of the blankets had dried crustys on it. It was disgusting!!!! The shower ran cold and took 15 min before it turned warm. I called roomservice to bring me fresh supplies and waited over a half hour . I had to call a second time for them to bring it up. Never have I experienced such disgusting room conditions at a hotel. Please think twice before staying here.
Disgusting display of respect
So if you were staying in Chilliwack at the Travelodge and you had housekeeping tell your girlfriend and not just tell but yellow from down the Hall for her to go back to her Room how would you feel if you've just spent $800 for the last week in an establishment and they talk to your significant other like that Chilliwack add you guys feel about this.
I can’t say enough about the friendliness of the front desk staff. Always greeted with a good morning or good evening. They also go out of their way to serve you. The room itself was clean and very comfortable. It had a coffee maker, fridge and microwave (all the things I needed during my isolation). There was even a washer and dryer to do your laundry, something that came in handy for my extended stay. The only problem that I encountered was that the walls between rooms and hallway seemed a bit thin. I could hear conversations of those walking past my door – somewhat disturbing at night.
Unclean and overpriced
Floors were extremely dirty, there was an excessive and unexpected $200 deposit that was required upon check in (no forewarning). We went to the pool - without towels because you know it's a hotel. 3 of us, 2 clean towels in the pool area. Not awesome.
