Pet friebdly but not wallet friendly
$60 per night for a trained dog that causes no one any problems? This is the new 'baggage fee' for hotels that have lost revenue due to COVID. Add to this the most pathetic 'breakfast' bag that consisted of a stinky banana and a battle of water and you have an over-valued stay. The staff was fine although there was a smell of stink from the bathroom where the flange on the toilet was loose and it rocked back and forth. The smell of cattle effluent, manure and all that permeated the grounds and surrounding area. Would absolutely not stay again.
CLEAN HOTEL
After vising Yosemite, we stayed at this hotel. Nallely was very sweet and helpful. Our room was clean. Maybe the only complaint would be the train nearby but it isn't a constant noise, plus we were really tired. Our bed and pillows were super soft and clean. I would recommend this hotel.
Yosemite your
The hotel is nice, clean an modern. Well done IHG on your program to build sleek facilities. Once again, however, guest hospitality was poor for one lady. Nallely was very rude and brusk at checkin. I had gone to the bathroom after a long drive and she refused to let my wife (named on our IHG account) check us in. Never acknowledged we were Platinum Elite, did not give us directions to the elevator just very 'couldn't be bothered ' attitude. When we first got to the desk she wasn't even there a small sign said 'be right back. This was during the normally busy 5 pm check- in period. Very poor service.
Clean room and nice employees
From start to finish, the stay was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The rooms have been newly renovated so everything was clean and neat. The housekeeping staff helped us clean up an ice spill and acted as though it was no problem. Really appreciated that. The check in was fast and check out friendly.
Excellent and Honest
I had an amazing time which was well worth the price. The office staff helped me with a number of questions I had. They were very kind to my children and the best of it all was the genuine honesty here. I left an item worth nearly $1000 in my room and the staff found it and reported it immediately via phone call AND email. It was pleasant and simple to get back. I will certainly be visiting again.
