Customer-oriented
Modern hotel conveniently located near Monumento a la Revolución. The room and beds are clean and comfy, breakfast is nice. The fabric of the chairs in the common area is stained due to times of use. But this isn’t a big deal. We would like to compliment the service of the staff of this hotel. We made an excursion and so stored our luggage there overnight, the staff gladly helped us. With the price paid, it was great value for money. Highly recommended!
Good location. Small room and Mediocre breakfast
Easy check in. Get into the room. It was very small, no privacy. Window faced other windows. Bed and pillow were comfortable, 1 hand towel and limited toilet treats. Breakfast is a la carte.Very small room, little amount of seats and long wait to get a table. Food was based only eggs, very few choices. Small plate of fruits, if you got fruit you cannot have juice. If you want cereal you will be charged . No enough coffee cups and only 1 or 2 servers.
Excellent hotel at great value
Staff is quite attentive to guests' needs. Their greeting is quite nice. Room is very clean and pleasant Location is excellent. it is close to lot of attractions and close to Higaldo metro (6 minute walk) With breakfast included, this hotel is an excellent choice
Very good hotel in a great location
Really enjoyed my 5 night stay at this property. Rooms are VERY clean. Good value and a great location. Walking distance to the Zócalo (15 minutes) and other attractions. Also can recommend the bikes they have for complimentary use. Biking is a great way to get around CDMX since the city has installed an enormous amount of bike lanes in recent years. The property’s bikes come with sturdy locks so you can bike to an attraction, lock up, and be confident that the bike is safe. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice perk and the hard working wait staff were awesome.
Excellent location and great value
Excellent location, everything walking distance. Staff are super lovely, and the breakfast is quite good, actually, instead of a buffet breakfast they make it for each individual the way you like. Rooms are clean.
