Really bad experience never will stay there again for $200 a night was not worth it..I had to got to store with my owe money to buy sheets and cleaning products to clean the room myself..I clean room for a living myself..and I would of never approved my housekeeper walking away fm that room saying it was clean

The place was an a dump. I entered my room and you immediately seen carpet stains not only that but the bed only had one pillow and it was a decorative one. There wasn’t any towels or wash cloths. After inspecting the room I immediately went to the front desk and told them how dirty it was and how I couldn’t sleep in there.

I usually check reviews before booking a hotel, but I figured that a hotel associated with Ramada and Wyndham would meet minimum standards of cleanliness, security, and commitment to reservation agreements such as free breakfast. I was wrong. Here is what I experienced: 1) The shuttle to the hotel from the airport did not show up on time. 2) There was only one employee at the hotel when we arrived around 10:30 p.m. She was unable to answer the phone while serving those of us checking in at the same time, which explained why my calls concerning the delayed shuttle had not been answered. 3) The lobby was dirty and in disarray, with tables separating customers from the reception area, dead potted plants on display, broken clocks over the reception area, and several bags of trash in sight. 4) Upon check-in, I asked about the free breakfast, advertised on the website and listed on the reservation, and was told that breakfast had not been offered since COVID restrictions were put into place well over a year ago. 5) I also inquired about the pool, as that was a feature on the website that had prompted me to book a reservation at the hotel, and was told that it was not in operation. 6) While waiting to check in, several people who looked like drug addicts walked in and out of the lobby. There were no security measures in place to address this issue. 7) The elevator area, near the lobby, also was strewn with bags of garbage. 8) The room, located next to a busy freeway, had not been thoroughly cleaned. The floor had not been vacuumed and there was mildew on the bathroom grout, and the room smelled bad. 9) Upon seeing the condition of the room, I investigated the reviews of the hotel and learned that almost all of the recent review ratings were 1 of 5 stars. Several reviews included photos of bedbug bites, which prompted me to inspect the sheets and mattress before going to bed. 10) When I asked to see the manager in the morning to discuss these situations, an employee said the manager was not there but if I left my name and telephone number he would deliver the note to the manager, who would call me. I was never called.

I was staying at the hotel as a getaway from my family when another guest and I both came across bed bugs in our room. We had to check out and wait for a manager to come in the next day for a refund..

Run down, drug infested, dirty, bare wires as no smoke detector installed, light in bathroom not working, just plain disgusting. Smell of POT in the hallways. Garbage from rooms piled up outside each room, dirty wet towels outside many rooms, paint peeling off walls.
