Avoid this Hotel

A very disappointing experience. Shower did not work and had to wait until the following morning for maintenance to address. Turns out, the shower head has a very tricky lever that may (or may not) turn on the water. In addition, the walls/floor is "paper-thin". I woke up several times at night and could CLEARLY hear the person below me talking or having his TV on. (Apparently, he doesn't sleep at night like the rest of us.) Finally, and really surprising, while waiting for my breakfast I saw the Food and Beverage manager take a couple bites out of the potato serving tray. That is a health code violation. I explained some of this to the Check-Out person and asked for the manager to call me. She never did. So now all you can read this! I won't stay at this Hilton again. As a Diamond member, this is probably my worst stay at a Hilton hotel (and I stay at a lot of them!) p.s., the Front Desk Clerk and Maintenance man were very nice, but again, the Manager never called as the Clerk said she would.

Great stay!

This hotel had clean room and bathroom and comfortable beds. The location is ideal due to being across from Shops at Briargate. Staff was helpful and extended my stay without issue. I would definitely recommend!

Old, out-dated and with creepy old broken elevator.

Reviewed 6 september, 2022

Elevator was broken down multiple time throughout the day, during the stay. Even the elevator repair man said it is a 20 year old elevator and owner and needs to be replaced. Everything is old and dated, pool area is filthy, coffee is horrible. I've stayed in many hotels in the COS and this is definitely one of the oldest, run down hotels. I would expect better from a Hilton brand.

Hotel needs Attention!

Reviewed 1 september, 2022

HGI is always our first choice, but this hotel could use a good update and some maintenance. The parking lot is truly a mess with potholes, loose gravel, and a bumpy ride. When you enter the lobby, there is a strong smell of gas. This issue was mentioned to an afternoon desk attendant who said "Oh that, yeah, it's coming from the kitchen burners." He did not acknowledge the safety hazard or state any intent to do something about it. Poor safety response. Our room had very slow drains in the shower and sink; the sink drain smelled whenever water was run; and the bathroom door squeaked loudly opening and closing. The two Queen beds were on wooden platforms that groaned and moaned when moving in bed or getting out of bed - annoying during the night. The A/C doesn't work well.

Rooms reek…. They don’t keep reservations

Reviewed 10 august, 2022

They completely disregarded our reservation!!!!  We were so frustrated with this hotel we get here and even tho we reserved a king size bed,  we have no king size rooms apparently and now  We are stuck with two full beds.  The hotel clerk left much to be desired and said I should feel lucky as the two beds is an upgrade. He was very condescending in his tone. We get into one room, the floor is dirty and the door that was being shared with room was not locked for safety. I complained and got moved to room and It reeked of feet. I wish I could record a smell.  This was super frustrating as we were here with our son for surgery at rhe Children’s hospital. We co sleep and requested a king for that reason. I had no other way to sleep with my wife and my son and we had to have different beds. Very disturbing to our sons quality of life especially for being down here for surgery!!!  I cannot believe I paid $186 for this mediocre hotel. It is comparable to a days inn at best.  Beds are sloppily made, the room reeks, and the staff is horrible. The only decent part was the bartender who made me a drink at 9:57 when she was about to close.  In addition to this, Clerk was too very busy looking at cars and different models of cars on a work computer as opposed to meeting the needs of the guests.  I expected better.
