Cómodo
Estuve hospedada en este hotel por alrededor de 3 semanas, las habitaciones son cómodas, pero los desayunos son pésimos, durante todo ese tiempo no hubo cambio en cuanto al desayuno hasta llegar a hartarse de comer lo mismo. El ingreso a la habitación es por medio de tarjeta, tuve muchos problemas con la misma pues se pasaba desactivando y no podía ingresar a a la habitación. Al hacer el check-in me solicitaron una tarjeta de crédito y me dijeron que me cargarian $30, al final me cargaron $60 y sigo esperando que me hagan la devolución del dinero.
Overnight stay in nasty weather
Quick business trip to the OSU Hospital...picked out this Holiday Inn due to proximity to OSU....checked in mid-morning with no issue....had a clean, quiet room and comfortable bed. Discovered that the OSU Hospital had a shuttle that picked me up at the hotel, then later returned me....all for FREE! Great deal on that! Left too early for breakfast but overall, very pleased with this IHG property!
Best Recommended hotel to be at
I have been at a lot of hotels but none is like this one, the manager including the working staff are super nice they’re just awesome, they make sure they give you the best of what you want and I highly recommend everyone that if you’re looking for a good hotel to be at, just book this hotel and you will never regret
"Upgraded" to another hotel
We booked the hotel from the hotel website around noon for a check in the same day and the website said there were two suites left for our dates. When we went to check in the same night around 10PM, the parking lot was empty. The gentlemen that greeted us told us they were housing doctors and nurses in the hotel so they "upgraded" all their "VIP" (ha) customers....to the Staybridge Suites down the street. I should have asked more questions but we were surprised and tired, so we just got back in the car and drove over to Staybridge suites. We were in town for the weekend and the parking lot was relatively empty the whole time. I have no idea what that was all about but if I wanted to stay at Staybridge I would have booked there in the first place. On a positive note, we got the same rate.

I have a series of medical appointments this month. I have surgery on the book next month. I’m staying at the property to make sense of everything. I’m overwhelmed and alone. Staying here gives me confidence and reassurance. I’m so impressed with management and the front desk.
