NICE CLEAN PROPERTY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED

This was a very nice old school Quality inn. Very convenient to town . Next door to excellent Pizza place /bar and Waffle House , The room was very clean , bed was comfortable . There was however no hot water one morning, (late morning after prime usage hours) and very light the next . Very pleased with property , but their unusual breakfast conditions ( 2 tables in lobby, had to get food from desk attendant . Even though was not posted or spoken of at check in , Caused me to go to Waffle House I still overall enjoyed the property and would return.

3 reasons, and I'll try to be quick. 1) Our room was nasty - smelly, dank, sticky, and tiny. 2) The service sucked. The night shift clerk made us wait outside while he checked us in - even after he checked our ID, confirmed our reservation, and swiped our CC. He had no idea where a roll-away bed might be, so he called the manager (at midnight), who confirmed that they didn't have any. And he wasn't willing to offer us any discount whatsoever on a second room, once we realized we weren't all going to fit in Nasty Room Number One. And 3) The manager is a FLAT-OUT LIAR. Needless to say, we left after one night, canceling the remaining 2 nights on our reservation and moving across town to a wonderful hotel with honest, competent staff and clean rooms. (Imagine trying to run a hotel on those principles! Madness!!) When we checked out from Quality Inn, I made sure to get a receipt, which clearly showed that we were owed a refund for the 2 nights remaining on our reservation. A month later, the refund hadn't been issued, so I tried to contact the hotel manager by phone. Multiple times - never available. I emailed a copy of the receipt. Multiple times - no response. Finally, I opened a dispute with my CC company. As if by magic, the manager suddenly found time to talk with me, indicated that he had been contacted by my CC company and that he agreed with the refund. But then last week my CC company rebilled me for the disputed amount, indicating that the hotel manager told them we had stayed all 3 nights! Stunning development!! After proving themselves to be a sleazeball organization from top to bottom, why am I surprised that they would lie to my bank? Thankfully, I still have the original receipt, and this case will end in my favor. In your case, the best way to make sure it ends in your favor is to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS CRIME SCENE OF A HOTEL!
Quick over night stay

This hotel was very comfortable. Clean. Staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is right off the I185 interstate, convenient and closer to lots. Our check-in was quick and easy. We did get some street noise but if that doesn’t bother you, and it didn’t us, I would highly recommend this hotel in Columbus.

Spent the night in a nonsmoking king room which recently had a new floor installed. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well supplied. There is a wide variety of breakfast items available in the large lobby area. The desk clerks were very helpful in assisting us find a restaurant for dinner. There are many close by including an Italian restaurant in the parking lot which features a wood burning oven. There is a pool in the back, but it was too cold to swim. We would recommend staying here at this motel.

Better than the Quality Inn we stayed the day before (Tifton, GA). Friendly staff, room was clean. The kids used the pool. Breakfast was basic but good. Located right off the Interstate and close to Publix and restaurants, so perfect if you are traveling and need a place to sleep on your way. We did not sleep well though, as there were loud people outside between 3 and 4am, arguing and trying to find their room.
