Great place to stays
Crystal and her team at the Prestige are amazing. Very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Hotel is clean and has all necessary amenities, and the attached restaurants are great too. PRMR is the only place I stay when in the Cranbrook area.
Great stay
Went to Cranbrook for a family birthday visit. Stayed at the Prestige and we were very happy with our choice. We recently had twins and the Manager, Crystal, was very helpful with making our family comfortable and the room set up for our 3 night stay. The staff was very friendly and the front desk was organized and expecting our arrival. The hotel was set up for anyone to feel safe during the covid times. The hotel felt clean and the stay was great. Would definitely recommend.

Our reservation agent, Tina was attentive and helpful; our check in was smooth and Covid prepared; our Louis XIV room beautiful and clean - worth the extra upgrade; upon check in, I recieved a birthday card and gift basket to celebrate. Definitely above and beyond expectations!
Great stay
We stayed here while golfing and enjoyed the stay very much. The room was clean, well appointed, large. The staff were very friendly at check in/out. Thanks to a previous post, we asked for a room facing the road, not the railway tracks, so we didn’t hear anything with respect to the trains. I would definitely stay here again. They were great. We ate at the restaurant in the same building, and had a good meal at a reasonable price..no complaints.
Outstanding stay
We booked 3 rooms from August 23-29. The Prestige had amazing Covid protocol with respect to Check-in, cleaning, pool, hot tub , restaurant’s and gym! Our room was the executive suite which had a full kitchen with separate bedroom. Lots of room and very comfortable! The staff were outstanding. From check in to checking out. Warren at the front desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Both restaurants on the premises were excellent with both service and food. The gym was incredible! Cardio and weights for both casual and serious. Added bonus of personal trainer on site! I would highly recommend the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort!
