Be very careful if making online reservations. Most selection will look like official hotel site but will send you to a third party entity. After confirming with hotel front desk, I didn’t have a reservation even though I received a email confirmation, I wound up with fraudulent charges on my card that had to be cancelled and replaced. Hotel management has been made aware on working on their official site. Our room was very nice and spacious with full kitchen and supplies. We had the king suite deluxe. Bed was very comfortable and the tub/shower was spacious. Bedroom gives privacy to the living area. Tv in bedroom and living room, tho they are kinda small. Room has a balcony with two chairs and a small table. Be sure to ask for a room facing beach not the street. The Continental breakfast was minimal. What they had was good. Only bagels, muffins, pastries, cereal, yogurt. You must park in the parking garage (3 levels) hotel desk registration is on third level. Our room was quiet and we never heard other guests.

Stay at One of the nice Casino Hotels - Not here

Reviewed 30 september, 2022

It was roomy but strange set up in room. Garage has little parking spaces then they send you out to park in unsecured lot next door. Looked vacant w/little staff and dark rooms and lobbies everywhere. The staff they had were full of attitude - zero customer service. TV wouldn't work. Took 2 hours for guy to fix it. Was supposed to be Gulf view but we got view of vacant lots and motel across the street. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Love Biloxi - we just stayed at the wrong place.

Nothing bad to say

We stayed 1 night for an event. The hotel was clean, updated and well staffed. There is limited garage parking, but they have 2 outdoor parking lots. The view from the outdoor bar is gorgeous. *not all room have a water view, but they all have a balcony. The kitchenette was a nice touch - with a mini fridge that’s NOT pre-filled with expensive drinks/snacks. It’s located in walking distance to 4 restaurants, service station and there’s a gift shop next door.

Great Hotel on the beach

Great location on the beach in Biloxi. In the middle of everything. Restaurants and shopping next door and a boardwalk to stroll beside the beach. Free parking and breakfast. It has different rooms for your group size. Will go back!

Great place to stay

This is not a hotel but a condo. Better said it used to be a condo that has been turned into a hotel. Wife and I upgraded to a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit on the front and were blown away. The wrap around balcony on the 8th floor offered outstanding views. The unit had a full kitchen and was huge, The entire hotel looked to have been recently updated or maybe the place is just new. Very close to being a 5 star location in my view. Everything was very clean and in perfect shape. We did not cook but appeared the kitchen had everything needed to prepare anything i would cook. They offered a continental breakfast that was OK but not well attended. Nothing hot. Very nice lady taking care of the area. The office/check in was on the 3rd floor which was confusing at first. Very nice ladies there that were efficient. Excellent location for being on the beach. Quiet. White sand. On an outstanding boardwalk that went for miles in either direction. There were about 6 restaurants within walking distance which was nice. The one next door was very good. This would be one of the most outstanding places you could go to but..........the ocean is not nice. Brown water, very shallow, no waves. Very nice pool. We enjoyed the visit and will be back.
