He pasado 4 noches. La atención de los empleados, en general, no es buena. La primera noche nos quedamos a cenar 6 personas: el servicio muy, muy lento (tuvimos que reclamar 2 sopas después de que los demás habían terminado el plato principal) y los vasos sucios. El desayuno no es han cosa.
La habitación es fea. El cuarto de baño solo ofrece gel de baño. La cama es aceptable.

Hemos estado alojados 3 noches ,pero nos gustó mucho..todo muy bonito,muy limpio,las habitaciones parecían nuevas,la cama igual,etc..tienes de todo alrededor del hotel:tiendas,bancos,para comer,..seguro que vamos a repetir con Premier Inn

From the minute we entered this hotel things started to go wrong. We were travelling as a family group so 3 different families and 3 kids. On the 1st night there were 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children. We had to go in as separate groups of 4 and 5 as the chef could not cater for us altogether. So 4 of us held back and went in half an hour later. The 1st group had not received their food yet and when they did, they had forgotten about the kids so they had to wait another 20 minutes for food. Meanwhile our group got served and 2 of the orders were wrong. We were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. Showers the next morning were scalding and when we queried we were told they would be sorted in a few hours after the manager finally consulted housekeeping staff in who to call. We had booked breakfast and waited for half an hour only to be told our order was lost. One morning we got served half raw fried eggs. The bar was never stocked, only a few bottles of beer in the fridge and no draught beer. It was just farcical. We kept waiting for Basil and Manuel to appear or Candid Camera. They said they had staffing issues but even the manager we dealt with hadn't a clue. Definitely not kid friendly as we were moved from the bar area when the kids were playing cards (quietly)
Linen and towels are only changed when you ask them to and they don't tell you this on checkin. I had to hold down the power button on the kettle to get boiling water.

Polite staff. Good sized family room. Only 2 towels though which is why a point is dropped.
Despite its position the hotel was quiet.
Great central position with shops and eateries all around. Discounted parking.
Didn’t eat breakfast at this hotel.

This hotel is an absolute shambles. Arrived Friday night to stay the weekend. Waited 20 mins at our table for service, but no one came. No one even asked us if we wanted a drink, so we left without food and went to our room. Upon entering our room we tried to make a cup of tea. The kettle didn't work, tried to find the fault in the dark, thinking maybe the plug wasn't in and discovered that in fact the light didn't work. Okay, forget tea, then we tried to put the TV on, that didn't work. We were exhausted and hungry now, and it was late. We had been at work all day, so we just went to bed, and decided to tell the staff about it in the morning. Morning came, we told the staff to take a look. ( None of the staff wear facemasks by the way) then went to work, and I don't know why, but I suppose we thought they might look at the problem while we were gone. When we came back from work, nothing at all had been done. They hadn't even cleaned the room, or so much as changed the wet towels. We had to ask them to move us to another room on the next floor. This room had electricity! But unfortunately, the cold tap didn't work, and we had to have scalding water to brush our teeth in. Also they have a ticket system for getting out of the carpark which you have to guess apparently. It wasn't explained to us in reception, and we wound up late for work on the first day. We will NEVER come back. A truly crummy experience. We asked to see the manager this morning and were fobbed off to call him at 9.00 am, so we waited to call him, and were then fobbed off again to wait until 3.00 PM. as of yet we are still waiting...
