Worst and Sicking
Reviewed 1 May, 2021
From 4/27/2021 to /5/1/2021 I am writing this review on Sleep-inn & Suites; located at 1500 SE 5th Ave Dania, FL. 33004Phone # 954-874-1800 Myself, wife and family we reside at this hotel from April 27th, 2021 to May 1st of 2021. I must say that this is the worst hotel to stay at, it should be boarded up and closed.
I would NOT ever stay here again, as well as family, and will inform other family and friends not to stay at this hotel.
I would NOT stay at this hotel if Jesus told me I was going to go to hell if I don’t; well then, I’ll be on my way to Hell.
I would NOT recommend this hotel to Jesus.
I would NOT stay at this hotel if someone told me they were going to blow my child brains out. Well baby doll Love you.
I would NOT stay at this hotel If someone told me they were going to chop my head off.
I would NOT stay at this hotel if
I were Satan himself, or recommend it to him. This hotel GOT HIM beat.
This Hotel is JUNK.....................................
The rooms were dirty, stains on the ceiling, walls and floors.
Every morning. There's cigarette, weed smoke coming through the halls, it’s strong you’ll smell it coming into your room badly; so, I guess it is smoking hotel. Enjoy yourself if you smoke, they do not care.
If you stay there; SEE THE ROOM FIRST; CHECK OUT THE ROOM THEY GOING TO GIVE YOU BEFORE YOU PAY. IF THEY DON'T DO THAT; THEN YOU KNOW THERE'S A PROBLEM. I learned my lesson. The pool; if you get in it, you might have to take
pills when you get out.
The pool is dirty and nasty it is NOT well maintained. The front desk never has any towel available. They will tell you to wait for housekeepers to come in the next day. Or they will put a request in; they will NEVER follow up with you. NEVER. We went out and brought our own towels just to have. So, bring you some towels because you’ll get what you get, and that’s it. OR If you see the Housekeeper cart: just grab you some towels, and face towels off the cart, because they'll sure will play games with you.
NOW at the front desk they’ll say """"they'll put a request in""""" That is a joke…. Front Desk CLAIMS they will tell them; but don’t FOLLOW UP with you or them to see if the job has been done, they don’t care. Also they are SLOW checking people inn, SLOW.
So, again if you see the cart: just get it. It was a problem all week. Do not talk to the housekeepers they DON’TNOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH they from across seas. They need to see immigration ASAP. Some of the ladies at the front desk seem to have an attitude, so that the reflections of the managers, how they are acting; you can best believe the managers acting the same way; they do not care.
IF you plan to say there sometime soon DON’T. You will be extremely disappointed. This is what it is a HOE=TELL a transitional Temporary Housing and you will see and smell that.

Had the up most best stay by far! Hotel was clean and all the staff was extremely helpful and catered to my every need! The hotel took wonderful precautions during the covid pandemic and made sure myself and my help was taken care of! I would absolutely recommend this place for anyone either traveling alone or with their family! Can’t go wrong!
Great location with fantastic staff

Conveniently located next to a CVS, across the street from a Wal Mart Grocery and just down the street from multiple great restaurants & Publix...the location is fantastic.
I was here for about a month and to a person, the entire staff (who were all outgoing, friendly, proactive) was truly great.
Over the weeks, I got to know their names and Yari, Molly, Sujeet, JJ, Rosemary, Latesha and the maids (I apologize for not remembering her name) provided personalized and professional service that any hotel property should be extremely proud of.
If I need to stay in the area again, I will only be staying at this property based upon the incredible service provided by the entire management and staff.
Decent spot near beach

Stayed here for 5 days in March. Originally was waiting for a cruise, but cancelled at the last minute due to Covid-19 virus. Nice spot, clean, quiet, nice pool area to lounge at. Breakfast was average for this type of hotel.
Good hotel, short handed on staff.

We enjoyed staying here, but they need to hire more people. We waited over an hour for a shuttle, gave up and finally got a taxi to the hotel. The desk clerk was trying to manage a full hotel, but she was overwhelmed. She actually gave us a room key to a room that was already occupied. I opened the door and saw luggage. Had to go back and get another key of course and then kept our door locked. It's clean, with a good breakfast and has a Walgreens nearly in the parking lot and a Walmart grocery next door. It's a good place for the price ($170 in Feb) to stay if you get your own transportation.
